Fatherhood is a thankless job. No one appreciates what you do or the sacrifices you make. It’s just expected of you. Going through the daily grind can be depressing. A dog however is loyal and appreciative. It’s always happy to see you. That’s what this guy is really looking for. He wants to be appreciated.
