4	Posted this on my ig story and already got like 4 comments calling me dumb Pick any wage gap study and read it - not the news article about it, the study itself. All of them start with wide gaps (like the 77c figure everyone loves to quote) then they start correcting for other variables (hours worked, industry etc) and arrive at significantly lower figures (usually around 2-5%, sometimes less). Every single one I’ve read either never mentions similar jobs or only compares on very broad terms like whole industry. 1	Thank Men I know plenty of people who would hate to work in an office - they love their hands on jobs which is why they do them even though they’re physically difficult and dangerous. 2	Seriously how can someone be so stupid? It’s probably a state level rule that standardises the sign and wording - it certainly is here. You don’t actually want different companies all using different signs because you want drivers to be able to instantly recognise what signs mean when they see them. To make it one sided is to invite violence in the other direction because it comes free from risk of retaliation.
