20	"Want more women in open source? Try paying them." Oh feminists, if you want women to be equal you should probably stop suggesting they require spoon feeding. There are companies that specialize/work exclusively with OSS... and they employ women too. There's nothing holding women back from contributing to a project except themselves. Hell, I'd even bet my watch that most schools with Computer Science/Engineering degrees would be more than happy to matriculate more women with said degrees. 2	A response to a stance which seems fairly common among feminists. Gender is used to refer, specifically, to the identification one has with a given sex. Sex is also tricky to define (thanks to chromosomal abnormalities that can end up indeterminate), but generally can be defined as whether or not you have a Y chromosome. If you were born with a penis but know, in your heart of hearts, that you should actually have a vagina, it can be argued that your sex is male and your gender is female. 2	An idea to help people falsely accused of rape / sexual violence / any other crime - tell me if this is stupid I am mixed. On one hand, there could be great and positive use for it today. On the other hand, this is a finger in the dike of the larger problem - namely, the lack of anonymity for rape defendants. 2	How DNA Testing Is Changing Fatherhood There's really no good solution, because as in almost all family-related cases, the events are really blurry against the starkness of the law. How can one accurately define "fatherhood" without resorting to DNA?
