Not only women, but western society as a whole I'd say.

And to a feminist, this would be 100% fine, since the end justifies the means, and the end this time is part of their agenda.

Had a similar argument with some girls on Twitter last year about how men preferring shaved pussies was an unrealistic expectation due to too much porn, and how it was an oppressive thing. They want their cakes ate, and not shaving them too..

Even on reddit, satirical posts or comments have to have "/s" otherwise you get downvoted to hell. Clubhouse if very stingy about this sort of thing and I still believe that you'd have to be specific if you're being satirical.

Maybe mention that it's satirical in the topic or the room's guidelines. Also, language, cunt.

Seems like you'd be more in trouble if you hit a skunk on the side of a Canadian road than if you killed a man and run away from the accident.

While all of this is valid to varying degrees, I don't think that this really represents even half of how western societies are nowadays. It's a result of the magnifying effect social media and the entertainment industry have on our (oriental) view on the west. I still think that there are sane people out there who don't live with any of this bullshit.

I do realize that financial literacy is very important in countries where the financial aspect of one's life is as complicated as in western countries. Things here are lot simpler than this, and believe or not, the percentage of adults having bank accounts is around 70%. That means you don't really have to deal with a lot of bank-related stuff if you're poor enough. And debt isn't really an issue here since the financial system isn't based on it - you only spend what you physically have (we do h…

There are some cunts here who try to pull this on men, but the majority or guys are aware enough to not counter with this : "if you want to work, you'll need to pay your part of the bills, if you want me to pay for everything, then why do you need to work for?". Men who played like this are physically bullied by their mates (if they have any in the first place).

If married, that would be fine and understandable. But for people who are dating or in a simple relationship, wtf?!

That Sugar Film was an eye opener. I threw away all the sugar I had in the kitchen and cut away anything that might have sugar in it, cold turkey.

She's made to look like victim? Now all the gambling industry in the UK is pointed as evil and they plan on banning them from advertising on football jerseys. Men have been suffering from gambling for decades but they were called irresponsible and addicts. Now that a wymyn fell for it, the whole system has to take the blame. Fucking nuts.

I read that article too. All in all, it seemed like the author was only discussing the general feeling around the original study/article, and offered nothing close to a convincing argument, not even quoted any of the said studies that were published in answer to it.

During the wedding of my mother's male cousin (who is my age), I was chatting with a female cousin of mine (slightly older than me, married, the groom is also her mother's cousin) and we were noticing right there and then that the bride seemed off. A couple of months later, we were all invited to yet another cousin's wedding (it was a busy year), and we had our thoughts confirmed. Our mothers' cousin was like a lap dog and didn't leave her side for one moment. He used to be the soul of the party…

This. Help a man out and he will either return the favour if he's a decent fellow or he'll hate you for it if he's a cunt. Help a woman out and she'll most likely think that you were only being nice and trying to help your way out into fucking her. They see men helping them out as an obligation that doesn't make them in debt towards said men.

What has she to back this up? I mean, she's a child hollywood celebrity who was rocket launched into global fame. What has she done in her life that would give her thoughts any weight? She has no education, no real life experience, no militant past, nothing. All she has is the fact that 1 in 4 people around the world can recognise her by her character name. Why would anyone listen to what she has to say about feminism or sexism?

Well, if I intend to pursue a career in IT, I can't imagine it being possible anywhere but around big cities. But I can imagine that if later on a change of vocation comes up, I can definitely relocate to smaller comunities.

It is a no brainer and I do live ina 3rd world country (although they keep hamering that we're on our path to become an emerging one). The main reason is that I don't agree with many things here like religion and some parts of the culture, and I feel like I'd be wasting my life trying to better things around here while I can be more useful somewhere where my efforts and I would be more appreciated and valued.

By a union job, you mean a company where workers are unionized? I guess I still have a lot of reading to do in order to fully grasp some aspects of western life (so far, I only did the credit score system and Canadian government).

Act as if you're being recorded. And the recordings could either be used against you in court or shown as a simp example. Or you could report from the other side and conduct experiments, but it could be a slippery slope. Best of luck mate.

That's where our culture kicks in. You see, in our muslim country, dating is already tabooish. And the general ideology of the people here isn't really the same like yours in the western countries. That's the hardest part for me while lurking here : trying to apply some of the stuff I learn here and trying to make it work with our culture and ideology.
