I'm staying off the Internet for a while. Men, y'all are humans too. That's interesting, I get similar results for both offering advice and near the top of the links is an NHS domestic abuse thing. I wonder if it's different from country to country? | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 27/02/24 09:46 PM
Have we excluded women in research?Very interesting numbers here. It's often presented as 'undeniable fact' that medicine and medical research is 'misogynist', with no real evidence behind such a statement. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 01/12/21 04:51 PM
6 million dollar payout for woman who never married and never lived with man... oh Canada...The UK doesn't have the sort of situation the post describes. I'm currently getting divorced from my wife, we've lived together for around 5 years, own a house, etc. We've applied to split the assets how we want and are just waiting for the courts to rubber stamp it. I believe we do have a slightly more complex cohabitation system than mainland Europe, but I think it depends on whether you can show your partner was contributing towards the house, or if they were just paying rent to a house you o… | /r/MensRights | 06/06/21 10:22 AM
Changes are happening in the UK but as always there's a catch...Yeah, and from a professional perspective I've seen how much female on male, or female on female rape is brushed under the carpet. | /r/MensRights | 15/05/21 10:40 AM
Changes are happening in the UK but as always there's a catch...Imagine signing a petition to not allow abused people to get the support they need. It just boggles the mind. And I'm sure it has plenty of signatures. | /r/MensRights | 15/05/21 06:42 AM
Amber Heard domestically abused her ex husband and framed him for assault causing him to lose films. Sign this petition to remove her from Aquaman 2You're linking articles from last year, and you only had a handful. If the genders were reversed and there was a tape of him admitting to assaulting her, there would be a hundred articles this week. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 05/02/20 02:25 PM

A male legend of gender equality.I had a nasty bike crash a few years back, breaking a number of bones and coming off looking like absolute shite for a couple of months, with casts and a sling to make it extra obvious. Not a single woman offered me a seat that entire time. On one trip I was really struggling to stand up and in a crazy amount of pain, and the bus driver must have seen through his mirror and came back and demanded someone give me a seat. | 1 | Smart Congressman vs Feminists on Gender Pay GapI'm still no closer to your way of thinking, so I think we'll have to agree to disagree. If you think maths is bad though, it'll blow your mind when you see the other way we spell things to you. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 19/09/19 05:50 PM
Smart Congressman vs Feminists on Gender Pay GapIn which case, what's your massive problem with math/maths? Both make sense and it's not like they're easy to confuse with something else. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 17/09/19 05:48 PM

Smart Congressman vs Feminists on Gender Pay GapThat was painful to watch. How can someone with such a poor understanding of statistics, or even basic maths, be in such a position in the first place? | /r/PussyPassDenied | 16/09/19 01:43 PM

A story from a UK universityIf someone goes for ad hominem, they've lost the debate in my opinion. However, I think you did well not to rise to it. She'll be marking your work when it comes to assignments, and you don't want to get a low mark because she doesn't like you. Not that that's fair, but uni costs a fortune and you've got to look out for yourself. Feminism is cult-like, and its followers love using these terms which they think instantly win an argument. It's getting ridiculous. I remember when I was at uni studyi… | /r/MensRights | 01/11/18 01:33 AM

UK marriage/divorce rates 1930-2010I think you might have met too many of the wrong people. I've never been happier. I wouldn't be married if I only felt stabilised. | /r/MensRights | 27/10/18 12:48 PM
UK marriage/divorce rates 1930-2010There are some happily married couples. My wife isn't anything like any woman I'd been with before. Everything we do is on an equal footing, and we've never had the classic issues so many couples have, because neither of us really give a shit about all that. We've been the same ever since we met. It is possible. We walked past a couple in Ikea, who were assembling furniture by the exit. She was yelling at him about it being the wrong size, and he was yelling at her about putting it together wron… | /r/MensRights | 27/10/18 12:45 PM

UK: Female student rep at Southampton University sparks fury after vowing to tear down 'mural of white men' honouring those who left university to fight in WWI but never returned, they died fighting for Britain.I've spent my life fighting this kind of nonsense, but it seems that in the past few years everything is going to shit. The extreme side of feminism has somehow gained far too much power and influence. | /r/MensRights | 26/10/18 08:55 PM

Help me debunk NHS pay gap... today a colleague said that this article proved the gender pay gap... I tried to argue but seem to come up short, can someone wiser than myself help come up with the right factual based argument! The entire pay gap argument has been debunked many times, but that's another matter. The NHS has a system of pay scales for each role, meaning that everyone's base take home pay is the same for the same job at the same level. However, extra hours, nights, weekends, etc make a big difference. Anecdotally, male nurses do a huge amount of overtime at lower levels. As others have suggested, the term 'earnings gap' would be much more appropriate. | /r/MensRights | 25/10/18 12:41 PM
UK: Female student rep at Southampton University sparks fury after vowing to tear down 'mural of white men' honouring those who left university to fight in WWI but never returned, they died fighting for Britain.I don't understand people any more. I've absolutely no idea how someone can be that ignorant and pig-headed and be in higher education, let alone SU president. Surely the university will do something about this? Although remembering that one from London a while back who wanted to ban men from meetings, I'm not hopeful. But also... she's white isn't she? So her comments about white men (painfully ignorant and disrespectful in this context) seem incredibly idiotic. I do hope no one supports her in… | /r/MensRights | 25/10/18 12:35 PM
