Nothing. We just enjoy equality... actual equality. And from that, we really enjoy watching the princesses who bitch about inequality - and simultaneously benefit from said inequality - get a dose of what it means to actually be held accountable for their actions. If my employer found out I pulled some meniacal shit like that, they would almost certainly look for a way to fire me. This is the socially connected age we live in. Perhaps there may be some difference between a job and a career; but in all serious professions, how you compose yourself outside of work can play a serious role into whether you keep your work. Such is life. The top post says it perfectly: time to "grow up".
