Newbie questions. I've been doing Convict Conditioning on and off for a few months but I'd like to move up to actual lifting in my condo's gym. Can I really just start doing this by myself, or should I get a trainer to help? How can I be sure my form is correct? Won't I severely fuck myself up if I'm doing it wrong?

Whoa! I'm in a similar situation. I'm on day 68 of a self imposed 90 day complete hiatus from weed. I was a heavy smoker: at least once a day, several times a day on weekends (at least one day a week wake-and-bake then toke all day) for just shy of 10 years. I was going through some massive anxiety issues and smoking weed started to only amplify my anxieties, so I opted to quit. I did the research and found that it can take 60-90 days for all the THC to leave a heavy smokers system - I promised …

Great stuff. The more I see women hamster, the more I see it in myself. I see my hamster protecting my gigantic frail ego and it's starting to sicken me the same way I'm sickened when I see women rationalize. Of course I'm not hamstering away a night of getting filled with dicks... I'm hamstering away reasons why I can't set up that meeting with a VC for my startup, I'm hamstering reasons why I don't want to do that last set at the gym. Those kinds of things -- I'm seeing that my hamster is prot…

Everything on upworthy is designed to grab you by the emotions and reel you in for 5 - 10 minutes of ad time video. You will learn nothing, but you will feel angry, sad, or happy. Don't waste too much of your time there.

This fits at least 2 of my ex's and several other girls I know. Their dogs are monsters because they treat them like toy dolls instead of dogs. I've caught hell for "being mean" by not wanting to pick up and move the dog and instead insisting it come to me. The emotional relationship between them is beyond fucked up.

My main plate is genetically super skinny. The shit she goes through is unreal; I've seen strangers approach her for the sole purpose of telling her to "eat something". I've seen her get extra food in restaurants because the wait staff "thought she could use it". I've seen massive land whales accuse her of being "sick in the head". Most of the time she brushes it off, but sometimes you can see it really gets to her. In this culture of "fit at any size" it's easy to tell that's just a euphemism f…

First: Stop getting upset about fake internet points. They mean nothing and you already know that the majority of people out there are blue-pill. Second: Prepare for massive downvotes (and your user to be tagged in their REH) whenever you mention TRP outside of TRP. Use an alt account.

Love it. Just to play devils advocate here for a second though... Old fat ass fish really hate the fact that the bait being used from the best fishermen ain't aimed at them Your parable falls apart here. Catching the biggest, oldest fish would be a real prize. I'm just nitpicking though.

Don't do this. It gives Lulu your whole Facebook profile, and while they may say they don't keep it -- who actually knows. I've worked at several places that claim to delete unlinked social data and just plain don't. If you're not in the Lulu database (eg: you signed up with Lulu using your Facebook account already) you shouldn't do this.

There's some neat stuff there too... checkout this weeks poll: Would you rather be the President of a country or the First Lady? 77% answer first lady. This is why feminist ring leaders are pushing #leanin so hard. I'm curious to browse more, but can't be bothered to sign up.

This is something I'd like to see covered more by TRP and the manosphere in general. I know the old saying "All women are {...} except our sisters and mothers", but it's never really been thoughtfully analysed.

Whenever I'm in doubt I just agree and amplify: I'm probably the nicest motherfucker you've ever met, right? But I get the impression you're a shy guy and an outburst like that would be kind of awkward if you haven't been holding that kind of frame that night. The comments are bananas. Twice referenced is a refusal to believe that "boys will be boys" is a legitimate excuse for boys not acting like girls. Stop and think critically about what these words actually mean. They obviously didn't. They automatically equate "boys will be boys" with "boys will always misbehave" -- not even a second thought. I feel like asking them about it would be like asking a fish about water.

In my experience burlesque dancers are women who are too ugly, fat, and/or smug to be strippers. They also think that burlesque is some how classier than stripping. They're often terrible people.

Joe Rogan talks about the trivialisation of child birth by feminists. I think this is an extension of that. Only women can breastfeed and because of the fucked up way women want to be men, we now have to advertise the fact that, not only can they breastfeed, but they should breastfeed. I think that speaks much louder than the beta male imagery.

This blows my mind. The authenticity of the chat transcript sent to this woman is never even called into question. Automatically assumed to be 100% true. This is literally an attempt to police private conversations. I feel like I'm going insane that no one is questioning any of this. I seriously thought the poll at the bottom of the CBC website would help show the insanity of this ... nope ... 63% in favour of policing private conversations. What in the actual fuck is going on? Post-secondary is a joke unless you're in hard STEM. Grad school is no exception. Anyone can get a non-STEM degree, and a masters/PhD/whatever to follow it up. The standards are not nearly as high as they once were. This has nothing to do with anyone's "inadequacies", TRP, or hamsters. I detect some butt-hurt. Are you upset you blew $50,000+ on some useless papers that basically just say "I know how to regurgitate facts in essay form!"?

You won't get much help here. Bisexuality makes many men in this sub very uncomfortable -- not to mention some of the outright hate for anyone not 100% straight. I blogged (2 whole posts!) about this stuff a year or so ago -- since then I've done VERY VERY well for myself (many male notches, 9 female notches). Being bi is a great way to never have a dry spell (why is there no such thing as "straight cruising"?). Typically if there's a man in the group of women I'm interested in, I'll treat him m…

This mirrors my experience whenever I try to get people to think about the fact that it's normal thing now to carry a bar of plastic and metal in your pocket that not only instantaneously connects you to anyone, anywhere, but also gives you access to every bit of data human kind has ever recorded at your finger tips (all in real time). Absolutely mind blowing to me. "Meh" to almost everyone else.

I'm about 14 years in IT, lots of startups. I've worked with exactly 1 fully competent female programmer, and about 6 who couldn't tell you the difference between jQuery and JavaScript (and would use the two words interchangeably). The one competent one absolutely loathed all the "girl geeks" and "ladies learning code" groups - she called them "new age stich and bitch"... they're not there to actually make things.

I'm a developer, I've been a life long "computer guy". I've thought long and hard about the recent wave of "ladies learning code" and there's only one conclusion I keep coming to: Coding is about power. In the digital world code is law. If women feel like they can't have a piece of that power, well, that's just unacceptable isn't it? They want that power without all the work - they want it handed to them just like everything else. It's also why I get confused faces when I answer the question "Ca…

but why? A question I've wondered myself... IMHO it's about power. Code is law in the digital world. There's a reason there's no "Men Learning Early Childhood Education" or "Male Nurse Club" ... or even "Ladies Learning Oil Rigs", or "Girl Boilermakers" ... there's no power to be had there. Code on the other hand is a huge enabler -- feminists see it being dominated by men (who are naturally drawn to it) and that's a problem for them.

why it's so fucking bad to live at home mid 20's? By your mid-twenties you should be able to stand on your own without support from anyone. It's a tragedy that more young men don't value this. It's good to know your parents will be there as a safety net should you need them, but you shouldn't burden them with your desires past 25. What's funny is every guy I know still living with their Mom uses the line "i plan to work and save my money and live rent free" - but blows all their 'savings' on bul…

How hard is it when having sex, to slap her a bit, ass, face, whatever, and tell her what to do. Bend her over, push her head down. Pump her like you're drilling for oil. Consciously I know that I want to plow her, and that she wants nothing more than to be my cum rag (ffs she just told me as much). This makes so little sense to me. They are putting so many people at huge ridiculous risk. Take this "equal outcome" bullshit version of "equality" and see how it holds up in a real war. Porn has made it so I think a woman who can take a gang-bang is some kind of sex queen. I'm also bisexual, so sword crossing ain't a big thing. Running a business is opposite of running game. I think you meant hiring women. Business and Game are almost universally interchangeable. 1) Not always. In fact, most of the time not. 2) Make it clear you don't have or support a mat leave program (this may be illegal in your province/state) 3) This is true for all women, but most men as well.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, what you're saying is: NAWALT. Yes, there are exceptions to pretty much every rule -- especially true when talking about social dynamics. But my experience has shown that women like your wife are very much the exception and not the rule (and I know anecdotal evidence isn't really evidence at all -- but it's all I have to go on). Not even a little. I'm seriously happy that you're happy with your wife. The whole point, the be-all-end-all, the "if you take away anything" message from the red pill (IMO) is: Hypergamy is real and feminism is making it a more attractive option all the time. Spot on. the worst part is that the majority of male geeks are more than happy to facilitate her. This is worth repeating. I think geeks are most prone to white knightery and pedestalizing. Initially started watching the show because it makes great conversation... many girls watch GIRLS. Soon after I found myself so repulsed by Lena Dunhams disgusting frumpy body, I'd have to workout after watching the show. Worse, she's praised for her gratuitous nudity and cringe-worthy body "she's so strong and brave". This week her strong and brave character urinated on screen while cringing and whining about her UTI (in multiple scenes!). Fucking, disgusting. The art gallery dude the hostess g…

I'm all for evo psych, but this "Well <animal x> does this in the wild, therefore it kinda explains <human behavior>" leap in logic many red pill sites take is so stupid it hurts. Humans are not baboons. Humans are not lions. Humans are humans, and act accordingly - which includes a spectacular irrationality made possible by our awesome brains ... not found anywhere else in nature.

Absolutely. However I think there's a subset of us who are very happy in the 'treehouse club', and will gladly keep our own hamsters spinning by telling ourselves we're 'building up an arsenal' and that we're 'not ready' to go out and pound the pavement doing approaches. It's easy to get caught up in the atmosphere and attitudes of red pill sites without actually doing the hard work to improve yourself (which is the whole point).

I was ready to be really really angry. But I was pleasantly surprised, I agree with most of what she says. She spouts off anti-men non-sense in the middle, but if you can look past that, the advice she has for women is great. Particularly the parts I disagreed with (in bold): Women in political and educational leadership are not helping the situation. Many are encouraging young women to consider hook-up culture and retarded mating as a triumph of female empowerment rather than the triumph for ma…

It 100% depends on the venue. The downtown "club district" is blown out and your friend is spot on. They're filled with average PUA chumps: all live in the suburbs, most are losers in life (no/dead-end job, live at home). These clubs literally rent and run buses back and forth from the suburbs - it's so sad. The flip side of that coin is that the women who populate these clubs tend to be of the same ilk. So it's easy to just say 'fuck the clubs' and head to some where more trendy and, hipster-is…

In case there was any doubt, this is what the male hamster looks like. I did some approaches here and there but considering I’m overweight, I never bothered putting much effort into it Hard work is too hard. I have considered whether I’m just butt-hurt cause I suck with them, or whether I really believe this because I think it’s a valid characterization of their gender, in reality, and I’m fairly confident it’s the latter. It's not me. It's them. And finally, the whole post surmised in a single …

It all depends on what that tattoo is of, and where it's located. If it's something generic in an almost-but-not-quite hidden spot - I know the girl is a follower of trends. She cares what everyone thinks about her and it's more important to be cool than actually expressing anything about themselves. Examples of this: nautical stars, sparrows/doves, flowers, any kind of text/quote, hearts, most kinds of generic flash -- locations: shoulders, lower back, ankles/lower calf, just above her pussy, o…
