| 2 | Social life based completely on drinking. How to quit?I was the same way. When I started to get tired of it, I also felt like I didn't know how to have fun. Finally there was a night where I was the sober driver. The whole time we were at this party I was sober, and damn.. it was embarrassing to watch my friends act like total idiots. It finally came to me that I was acting just as embarrassing, so I stopped GETTING DRUNK at parties. Once you learn to casually drink a beer or two things will get better.
