Another important example is maternity X paternity license. The woman gets 6months to take care of the child and the man only 1 week. And then they blame it on men for not to be able to build a relationship with his kid.

I am Brazilian and I can testify that 100 percent of our students have their approval in the university based solely on padronized tests (like SAT, but each one for a university) So the 14 percent difference in the Brazilian university in the list probably comes from at least some girls gettting better studies, or having the academic path more suported by their family. But this is not treated like a problem, but rather as an acomplishment of the university, as we see in the ranking.

The worst about it is that this difference of 8 years comes from an average arround the world. So, there will always be countries with inequalities, no matter what, because it is mathematically impossible for every country to be above average.
