I find these constant "game doesn't matter, only looks do" and "looks aren't important, only game" posts to be equally idiotic. It ALL matters. If you want the maximum results available to you in your particular situation, you must work to maximize both to the extent you can.

Are there really people here who still don't understand the rules of Fight Club? It's only mentioned in one post or another at least weekly. smh

I'm sure he meant 4 years of Medical School, not 4 years of total study. Usual course is 4 years of university followed by 4 years of medical school followed by internship and residency. They are considered a "doctor" following graduation from medical school.

Here's how you make your boundries known without being seen as mate-guarding. Don't set rules directly on HER, but make your feelings known about various issues in the context of talking about others, or stories about the past, or media or current events, etc. Women love to gossip about other's relationships, or watch TV shows about relationships, or talk about news or work drama that is somehow connected with relationships, etc. Use this to your advantage... never miss an opportunity to express…

This. Is frame extremely important? Of course. But maybe the reason she's recoiling from your cold approach is your 5'5", 240lbs of blubber, shitily dressed, unshowered, neckbearded self? If you have reasonably high SMV, her attitude may be a test. But if you're just this side of a retarded troll, her attitude can likely be taken at face value.

"There's no PROOF Unicorns don't exist! Pleeeeeeeaaase don't shatter my illusion!" This whole sub is about accepting reality as it is, not how we want it to be. While many of the principles of living espoused by various religious traditions are sound, even admirable, the folklore about gods and demons should be seen for what it obviously is by anyone with an IQ north of 80 if they are evaluating things critically and not emotionally.

Most people who subscribe to the idea that religion is red pill are not actually suggesting that you as a red pill man should believe in the mythology. They are saying that it is an excellent tool for controlling female hypergamy. This in turn helps keep functioning families together, give men an incentive to produce in excess, and provides a solid framework for the next generation. The mythology is merely the means to plug women, children, and betas into the religion. Of course, religion is onl…

Hillary isn't interested in helping the middle class, just giving more handouts to the leeches at the very bottom. Men will look at it objectively, say "how does this benefit me", and if the answer is "it doesn't", will vote accordingly. Women, on the other hand, will say "Awwww.... how warm and touching", and will vote their feelz.

You're likely right, but what's the alternative? Hillary Clinton, the SJW's wet dream? Trump isn't the best choice, but as far as I'm concerned, he could dress and act like Bozo the clown, and I'd still vote for him over Hillary.

Well Mike, your mileage varies because you are consuming more calories than you are burning, it's quite simple. I said as much in my post. Fat gain or loss is always a function of calorie balance. My point is that it's extremely easy to eat a whole day's worth of calories and then some in a short eating window, and that hunger from not eating all day makes you more likely to do so. As a result, IF, although it can work for some, is not a panacea. I agree with you that what is happening at a cell…

The guy is in a wheelchair? Fvck, why doesn't he just "out-victim-card" the bitches? Get a little publicity, play it as "discriminating against the poor disabled guy", and get the ignorant left-leaning rabble on his side too? The skanks won't have anyone in their corner then.

Your mileage may vary, but for me IF doesn't work. That's because my natural eating pattern (not dieting) is 20/4 IF. I've never eaten breakfast or lunch... just not ever hungry during the day. Then I start eating around 7pm (big dinner, followed by various levels of snacking), done by 11pm bedtime. Under those conditions, I almost always GAIN fat. When I lose fat, I have to force myself to switch to a more traditional diet: more meals, smaller meals, "clean" eating, etc. While I'm sure this has…

Interesting, because 18% isn't even "fat" compared to the averages out there. For a non-athlete, 18% would even be on the low end of normal. Average, non-lifting guys these days in America run in the 20's, with a significant portion 30%+ (obese). Goes to show you that the 80/20 rule is real. A guy at 12% body fat might be in the top 20% of guys, and therefore get looks from girls, while a guy at 18% body fat is more like in the top 40% and is therefore invisible.

"Blue pill" is getting all bent out of shape because someone expresses an opinion different than your own. It's what one expects from women and SJW's.

Just wait until this generation of 20-something women reaches 45+. The reason 45+ women now seem somewhat bearable is that they're from a different generation, before 3rd-wave feminism hit overdrive.

I'm facing over the same issue. Got married before I found TRP, and wife is now pregnant. I am older and do want kids, so the pregnancy isn't a huge issue in and of itself. Wife has a decent career making good money. She's talked about "becoming a stay-at-home-mom for a year or two", but isn't truly sure which direction she wants to go and will almost certainly go the direction I push her in. The traditional stay-at-home mom thing may be best for the child and may have been by far the best optio…
