I personally wrestle in HS as a senior and it is my first year. I completely relate to what you're talking about. In practice I'll be told to wrestle heavyweights (on my team around 240) on the team as a 180 pounder. Losing is humbling, and if and when you do finally somehow beat him, it feels incredible
