I don't see what situation you could find yourself in where it would benefit you to coerce a woman into making such a claim against someone. And even if you went through with it, why would you also have to assault the man? You've already ruined his life beyond feasible repair. I get the theory, but anyone who would actually do this is no better than a woman.

Great post op, you made an excellent point. All of the above is why you need to join a fraternity (a real, social fraternity, none of those business clubs) if you're currently in college. There's no better way to become automatically conditioned to the rp lifestyle.

I see what you're saying, the thing is I really don't want to end it personally I want to let her know it's over because this is what you want, which I'm thinking will get her to change her tune and if not so be it. Bad approach or nah?

Yea of course I know that, I'm already of the mindset that I'll never marry, but honestly I was looking forward to graduating and playing house with this woman for a bit. She was just part of the rotation before August, and I turned down her vying for exclusiveness til the end of the summer. I don't mean to put her on a pedestal, but I think she's a good match for me and I'm sad to see it end this way.

That's exactly how I perceived it, her asking me to end it rather than doing it herself. I've actually enjoyed the space recently, but like I mentioned before I'm not trying to end it unless she does. Is giving her the ultimatum "if you're not satisfied then I guess we're through" a viable approach?

I feel you, in this case it was one of those "can we talk" mood derailing moments. Do you think I can get myself out if the hole I'm in though?

Oneitis? Yea probably but that's the point, I've had plenty of fun for 4 years I'm trying to hang on to this one. As far as convincing her to stay with me that's what I'm trying to avoid doing, but it seems I may have done the opposite.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
