I don't get it either. I've been rejected by average looking women and even have had good responses from attractive and beautiful women. Maybe the average ones don't feel good enough about themselves so they reject you to protect themselves. I remember having a conversation with a woman that seemed to be ok but then when I asked her to dance she said her feet her. Probably not more than five minutes later she was out on the dance floor. The best thing you can do in these kind of situations is ju…

How do I expect any self respecting women to be ok with that? That's a fair question. I suppose I can also ask how can any self respecting woman(especially one who makes a decent living on her own and considers herself to be a modern independent woman and or even a feminist) to be ok with a man paying for her on the first date and subsequent dates if they happen, paying for things in general, constantly opening doors for them, buying them stuff for no apparent reason and just basically doing wha…

That wouldn't matter if she puts out. Lol.

That's total bs. People should be held accountable regardless of their gender. Maybe it had more to do with the fact that she just had it in good with the higher ups. I'm not saying it's not possible it was because she was a woman though(especially if she was very attractive).

A man could get sex too. You might have to work harder at getting it without paying for it than a woman but that doesn't make it impossible.

Despite what women say they all want a strong man. This is why they seek out men who are famous, wealthy, healthy, etc. Be the man they want but don't do it for them do it for yourself. If you eventually a get a woman then she is getting the best version of you which is what she wants.

I think he meant by the dad. Lol.

What I think is funny, more than anything else, is the fact that the family (especially the dad) seemed to take his comment so seriously. If they didn't laugh then they really need to lighten up (or get a clue or both).

Yeah, unless you establish something serious later on you don't want to get oneitis anyway.

Well, I wasn't really trying to throw you under the bus anyway even though I can see other people's perspectives on it.

I knew a guy who actually admitted to me once that he would be more protective of his daughter than his son. He said he wouldn't have a an issue with his son sleeping with an older woman but his daughter with an older man was a non starter for him(not his exact words but something to that effect). He seemed aware of the hypocrisy but unwilling to budge on it. Likewise I had a bouncer in a bar once tell me that a woman can complain about a man and the man would get thrown out but if the man compl…

That's really all it is. There are many ways to handle it. One would be "is that really any of your concern?" Another is the way he handled it.

He could have left it at that without saying "I'm the virgin." Not a big deal either way but then at least he wouldn't be telling a little white lie(which I interpreted as more like a joke) which apparently offends some people on here.

Well, obviously he's not a virgin anymore. Lol.

Oooh, what a sick burn. Anyway, yeah I was thinking what the father said sounded like something a father would say 30 or 40 years ago. But these days not so much. Plus I wouldn't think most modern women would need their daddies to speak for them like that. The guy is obviously living in the past. Good for you for standing up to him and not falling for his antiquated interrogation.

Well, I deleted it anyway. I still see it but I guess no replies will be added. Anyway, part of it is my fault for not reading the guidelines. So we can't talk about women ok. So then we just talk about what we do to get on with our lives then? I'm ok with that and I'll try to be more careful next time. I do agree though that as MGTOW if we are not dependent on "them" then we shouldn't talk about "them." I guess a lot of guys need a place to vent but it's apparent to me now this is not that plac…

Sorry if you were offended.I'll be more careful next time. Calling it "shit" might have been a bit unnecessary though.

Sure. Why do you think millionaires fly coach sometimes? To save money. They don't stay millionaires if they aren't a bit stingy.

Not true at all. One of the signs that you are a true alpha is that you are doing something that attracts women so much she approaches first and initiates conversations. Look at public speakers, politicians, male yoga instructors(teachers in general), pro athletes, musicians. They all often have women approaching them. Nothing beta about them. If you are THE man women will approach. Sometimes they will even make it seem like it's an accident. In this post metoo era it's too risky for a man to ap…

Oh yeah that guy. I forgot his name. He is more like a dating coach for women. Not quite the same thing. No it wasn't who pays for the date if she asks it was just who pays for the date regardless but we all know who usually does the asking. He thinks women should pay their way which the exact opposite of what Steve Harvey advises.

I wasn't referring to teaching them how to deceive. Lol. But rather how to communicate and how to better understand themselves and why they do what they do and get them to compromise to make healthier and longer lasting relationships.

Cats are lower maintenance than dogs though.

Even if you win you lose is what I guess you are saying. Yeah, it's a rigged system. Women and men in the dating game is like sharks vs fish or Dogs vs chipmunks or Cats vs mice etc. Men might have the physical strength women don't but women have the female advantage(whatever you interpret that to be). You could just wait for women to approach you but you could be waiting a long time. Lol.

You're right. If such a thing as the right woman even exists it would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Some of us just don't have the time or energy to be bothered with "trying to meet the right woman" and see it as more trouble than what it's worth. It's like this. Say you try to pet a dog and the dog bites you. Then the next dog bites you and on and on. Every time you try to pet a dog even when you are cautious the dog bites you when you eventually try to get close enough to it. …

Big difference between a cat and a female human. I just see it as a companion that doesn't talk back. Lol.

What does having a "feline pet" have to do with having an ulterior motive? You lost me there. Lol.

Thanks. I don't remember saying I was sick but thanks anyway. Plus I totally agree with your first sentence. It's all one sided. Unlike many on here I was never married. Most of my issues or at least many seem to stem from the fact that I have to do all the work in the beginning to get to know the woman and she thinks all she has to do is smile and a guy will automatically fall in love with her. Too much investment on the man's part and not enough reciprocation on the woman's part. I just feel t…

I suppose marriage is a trade. You have to make sacrifices. Newsflash. I don't HAVE to do anything other than what I want to do or feel I need to do. People can do what they want. I'm a person so I can do what I want too.

Ok, well I'm not into that. Like I said in my original post I don't have time to chase after women so its kind of hard to have sex if you aren't chasing after them unless you are paying for it and I'm not doing that either. Lol.

My eventual plan is to get a cat and make new friends and just go out and socialize but with no expectations and no ulterior motives. Just fun.
