Make friends with honest egalitarians. People who judge individuals based on their character, not traits they can’t choose. If someone biases you for being a guy, just don’t waste your time or thoughts or breath on those people. Find people who judge you on your character. Then hold them close and dear, cause they’re fucking rare.

Work in construction, most women cannot handle 1 week. But it’s not the physicality, it’s the psychology. Most construction site you’d be lucky to be treated like dirt. Women aren’t used to that AT ALL. They get no special allowances based on gender. Luckily I wasn’t. School was quite easy for me, but sadly not for my male peers, but that was potentially because I was abused before school by a teacher, so I had the fear of discipline. You could definitely tell what boys believed that bullshit tho.

Same age as you, all the same sayings. Studies show now by age 4 girls think boys are dumber, and boys think boys are dumber by age 7. We have a system that reinforces negative images of masculinity, even from childhood.
