Right, but you're held completely responsible for any mistakes you make while under the influence of alcohol - drunk driving, assault, etc. If you're intoxicated enough that your judgement is impaired, but you still function enough to move and drunkenly slide into bed with someone else, why should you not be responsible like you are for the other activities? I don't believe anyone here is saying that someone who's passed out from drinking is fair game for sex. That's repulsive.

I like how in case number one, the man's willingness to walk away is immediately dismissed by the top comments as "emotional abuse" and "manipulation." No, honey, he just has his own standards. You might not have the same standards that he does. If you don't like what he's doing, break up with him. Don't complain about it anonymously to HONY for sympathy points.
