Damn. That one quote is really eye opening. Going to look for the original post to that.

Blues are awesome. I just turned off the radio stations. So no more of the pop culture crap we get subjected to. The music that we hear on the radio, to me, is blue pill. It's relatively subjective I guess. Ed Sheeran? No thanks.

Great start buddy. From the looks of it you need to just keep doing what you're doing. Raise your SMV, and build your confidence. It's obviously you lack confidence right now and it shows and the girls can smell it. Lol.

Good post. Just reaffirms what TRP tries to drill into our heads about being the prize.

How do you do 0 cardio? That's terrible. What's the point of lifting weighs if you don't have the stamina to run for 10 minutes? I've actually begun to do more cardio then weights. The feeling of a morning run is hard to beat.

Completely agree. One thing that I've realized over the last few years is that people (including your friends) want to see you do well, but NOBODY wants to see you do better than them. My group of friends has gone from a dozen or so less than a handful. But life is too good to worry about such little things. Edit: Reading all the posts in here and it's truly amazing how similar many of us feel. It's hard to believe that bettering yourself results in people distancing themselves. Great thread wol…

This is so true. I'm guilty of being one of those who relied heavily on those motivational posts. However, at the end of the day, you read it and as fast as it enters your brain, its just as fast to leave it as well. Motivational quotes are totally useless in my opinion.

I think I felt goosebumps of truth as soon as I read your comment. It was staring at me right in the face and I didn't see it.

That sounds pretty cool. Did you get yourself to that point through meditation or something along those lines?

How has the Muay Thai been? It's something I want to get into before 2015 is up.

What's your take on porn and fapping? Sometimes I feel like I've fallen victim to the whole No fap movement and believe it's a problem when it's really not...just curious to hear your take since you mentioned your test levels are higher than ever. Cheers

Having been in your position before. I would give it another go as long as your certain she's not out for revenge. The worst thing you can do is lead her on (again) just to fuck her. Your on TRP mate, make a decision and move forward. Live with the consequences that follow.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
