Agreed. If someone were married and denied your advances, it wouldn't be friendzone. I'd use that term for the situation in which you are both single and she is not interested in you romantically or sexually at all.

I love reading posts where there's a conversation and OP uses the reddit name as a real name. Especially in cases where it's something like "penismissle".
