Wow so it's a bad thing to have standards and not just go for the first guy who is "good enough"? That sounds like a great way to end up in a lack luster marriage. I've done that before and don't care to repeat it. I learn from my past mistakes. I also don't want young impressionable girls to think they have to deny their sexual nature just to get a man. We've had enough of that in our history. Thanks for attempting to advise me but your way of thinking does not match with mine in the least.

You comment does sound like shaming and I do take offense to it. You are essentially negating my feelings and calling me damaged goods and that all men I date are not normal. If that isn't an insult idk what is. Just because I chose to live my life different than you does not make it wrong or not as "normal", and therefore lower than you. If that's how the majority of this sub felt about me I would be fine having nothing to do with it. Thankfully your comment seems to be an outlyer

I do something simialr when I feel overwhelmed by all the stuff lying around. I tell myself to put 10 things where they go, then I usually leads to another 10 things , etc.

Oh name calling is a big red flag. If he can call you names what do you think he would do to your children if you had them. He is a grown adult and needs to be able to express himself in a calm respectable manner. I personally wouldn't put up with it.

You're experience with your husband sounds like my current bf. I was actually surprised we didn't sleep together sooner. We went back to his place on a 2nd date, but he could tell I was uncomfortable because his ac wasn't working well and I was hot as hell so he didn't even try anything lol. When a guy doesn't try to jump my bones right away I think more of them honestly.

I'll admit I make it sound like the sex was just meh, but I was also trying to phrase it politlely, lol. In fact the couple of experiences I have had were with seemingly nice guys I felt some connection with and then the sex was the worst I have experienced in my life. Not just kinda awkward laughing about it, but like I was horrified it was so bad. I'm down for trying new things in bed but these men did things that added to my "hell no" list, which is pretty short.

I can see where you might think it's a short term strategy. I will say I make it very clear to any guy I see that I want kids someday, but I also don't expect them to want to knock me up tomorrow. I just want us to be on the same page about where we see ourselves in 5 years. I sadly wasted a lot of time with someone who I thought might change their mind about kids and don't want to do that again. I find sexually vetting someone is the most long term thing I could do because for me I can't stay i…

Thanks for your questions! 1.Not sleeping on the very first date is a big thing I stopped doing. I had what I call my hoe days where I did it too much and it left me feeling empty so I stopped that. My main vetting is when a guy wants to actually get to know me and I can have a convo with them that doesn't revolve around sex. Also asking questions about their personal life goals is a good indicator. The man I'm seeing now is finishing school, then wants to get a govt job and is going through the…

I agree sexual compatability grows and I am experiencing that with my current partner, but we got started on the right foot. I know myself well enough and for me sex is the glue that keeps me connected with someone so if it's not at least OK from the start then I am the one who looses interest.

That sucks. I live in MD and from what I researched it's not too hard here. Costs like $10 per modual since they subsidize and you just have to be a resident and sign up.

Getting your ged is much easier than trying for a college degree, finances wise and is something I'm sure you can do on your own. This sounds like the first step you need to take to be independent. P. S. Sorry for commenting on like 3 different comments lol.

Working through your Fear of commitment combined with leaving your toxic personal environment sounds like your most important thing you need to concern yourself about. You can't be a good partner to someone if you can't commit to them too.
/r/RedPillWomen05/10/20 04:39 AM

Maybe. I'm in DC where everyone is too career focused. One guy I went on a few dates with was very enthusiastic about kids but that didn't work out.
/r/RedPillWomen05/10/20 04:23 AM
3

Sounds like a fear of commitment more than a fear of doing it wrong. I would investgate this feeling more. Again it's not wrong to not want kids. Just be sure it's for the right reason. A therapist can be very helpfully in sorting out complex emotions.

Girl you have the opposite problem of me. I can't find a guy who will say they want kids even just someday in the future. Can we trade lol? Last relationship ended because of it and current one is being a little non commital about the idea. I don't need to get knocked up tomorrow, but just tell me kids are like in your 5 year plan with the right person.

Have you met this woman yourself? Like have you guys all got lunch together or anything? If not I wouod try doing that. If nothing else making thebsuhmgfestion might show you more about how he feels about her. If he's OK with it and makes it happen then you get the change to really see how they are together and make better decisions. If he doesn't even want to do it or keeps delaying it then that's a big flag.
/r/RedPillWomen05/10/20 04:05 AM

Personally I do the same thing he does. When I'm seeing someone I don't invest myself emotionally right away. I've had guys try to rush me to be committed to them with barely knowing them. I think there is nothing wrong with taking things slow, but if he is seeing other ppl at the same time that means you have the right to as well. I won't be surprised if he changes his tune if he knows you are not just sitting around waiting for him to "be yours". I think it's fine to keep seeing him but also k…

You should try doing some serious sweating. Like hot yoga or just anything that makes you looks super gross after lol. I find my skin looks it's best post shower after a lot of sweating. I'm sure there is evidence that it cleanses your skin somehow and keeps it tighter and just makes it glow.

Again not cynical, just realistic. I think we all know it hard to stay in total love for the entirety of your marriage.
/r/RedPillWomen23/09/20 07:30 PM

It's less cynisim and more realism. I have felt that intense love for someone and looked at them with such adoration, but we wanted different things in life so it didn't work out. I'd like to think I will find someone like that again but won't be surprised if it doesn't happen.

I'm pretty sure it's easy to look at someone like that when they are making a crap load of money and are famous. This isnt your average couple so I wouldn't call it an avg relationship goal. You should respect your partner and they respect you and that's the bare minimum I would ever accept.

Personally if your car doesn't have ac and you use it for the kids I would be more concerned with the kids comfort and safty. Having no heat in winter doesnt sound safe for kids, depending on where you are. Why is he completely against debt? Some amount of debt is good for your credit score so long as you make payments each month.

I used to use an app called Ovia Fertility and It does a pretty good job of helping to track cycles and tells your your fertility score and how likely you are to get pregnant. I have an iud now so i mostly just use it to track an symptoms I'm might have since my periods seems to have stopped on it. I can say from personal experience that "natural family planning" via cycle tracking does NOT work, so tell him to wrap it up if you can't use hormonal birth control.

That fact that he blames you is a red flag for me. You Seem to have taken ownership of your shortcoming and want to improve but he needs to learn to speak to you respectfully as well even when he's heated. It's immature to just blow up because of what someone else says.

This sounds like soemthing you need to see a therapist for if it is impacting your personal relationships. This won't be the only man this happened with so unless you find a guy who is asexual you will continue to struggle until you deal with it. Honestly I don't know how you've been together so long.
/r/RedPillWomen18/09/20 09:12 PM
2

Gay or asexual are the onky things that make sense and both are OK. If he's gay he deserves to be with someone he's attracted to, if he's asexual it sounds like you are too so it might be OK for both of you. The fact it's never come up in such a long time is a bit odd tho.

I wouldn't agree with this. I'm with a guy who takes forever to text me back sometimes because in his own words "he's not glued to his phone all day". Men are different at communication and thats OK. I myself can read messages, not be in a place to respond, then forget to do so. No reason to panic unless you don't hear from him for days. I would give him space, wait like 48 hours or so. I would agree with all this and add that you should feel very lucky to have a man who is OK with all of this. I don't know of a single person who would be OK with any of what you all have arranged. Not saying it's wrong if it works for you two, but don't ever feel like it's normal, because it isn't. Maybe it's different in your social circle (the show gossip girl comes to mind where this lifestyle is typical) but I would never consider relying on a man for all my needs and zero professional skil…

I will say I can understand you wanting to put things on your social media. I do agree 3.5 months is a bit soon tho. I would say give it more time. I understand the need to want to share your joy with the world about this person you feel deeply for. I've been there and I'm 31. I also understand the feeling of disappointment I'd the other person wants nothing on social media, because an ex was like that with me. I found a list of goals I made for the whole year and was both sad to seem a lot were not going to happen, but it was mostly due to covid things. The biggest thing I was disappointed in was getting fired. I feel one of my biggest flaws is the fact that I have been fired from 4 of the 6 jobs I've had since in the last 7 years or so. It's is my biggest shame and I keep trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. My last job fired me due to what I perceived as unreasonable expectations to never make…

Bad sex life was the reason my first marriage ended so I would for sure get this down. Don't lie to yourself about how important it is to you like I did. If I don't crave my partner it's not going to last. These things can of course change over time, especially with kids, but in the start I want to get chills thinking about them. And don't be ashamed if you have any kinks and don't be afraid to ask for them.
/r/RedPillWomen18/09/20 02:47 AM

My big question is usually just do you want kids ever? I'd like them in the next 3-5 years so if that person never wants kids I'm not going to stick around. I've already wasted too much time with a guy who didn't want kids and I thought he would change his mind.

The only extreme things I've considered is getting a boob reduction or left after having kids, maybe a tummy tuck if I got loose skin after. In the mean time I focus on my diet and exercise. I've been shifting to a plant based diet, running, and body weight or light weight stuff 4-5 times a week.

I find cooking or baking for people is always a way to win them over. Also shows off your domestic side and let's you interact without having to talk to much if ppl are busy eating. Are you much of a baker or cook or feel you could learn? Also, when I'm feeling a bit more shy or just don't feel like talking I just ask ppl questions that require an open ended responds in hopes they will just get into a loop about talking about themselves. I'm assuming this rule does not apply to reports of violence or threat of violence. Seems common sense but always gotta make sure. I personally haven't seen a lot of instances of immediately telling them to leave the person with small problems but I also don't read all posts. I too get annoyed when I want actual advice and everyone just says leave them, but I don't think we do that as much on this sub. Having this rule leaves us vulnerable to actually be like what the trolls think we are.

I know many ppl who are currently child free but great with kids. Telling her to have her own is a very hash thing to say because it's a life long commitment when she is just probably wanting a combo of fun kid time like she's their aunt and being helpful. My only issue is her saying you have to come back when she says. That's not how baby sitting works lol. If she said she hates being around kids that's a other matter and I would be concerned she wouldn't watch them carefully

This seems to be a typical thing of young women in that they think they need a red pilled man. They are actually quit the opposite of what you want as it tends to be used a means to get multiple women and not just one partner. There are aspects of red pill that are very attractive but the end game for RP men is much different form RP women. I tried dating a guy who was a self proclaimed RP man and he was the biggest ass I have ever met, very racist, homophobic, ragging Trump supporter, and only …

Maybe you expect too much too fast. Making friends is similar to dating in that it can take time to really connect with someone. I would argue it's harder for because meeting one on one with someone is something you do when you have clicked already.

In the theory of pair bonding I would say it's a thing, and that thing is called falling in love with someone. PB is just a more clinical name for it. In terms of one's ability to pair bond based on the number of partners I think the number of partners matter less than the quality of the relationships. Having abusive relationships (emotionally or physically) tends to lead more to a women being hesitant to bond to another man as quickly for fear of the same thing happening. Trust is needed for an…

No, I can hear the tone of voice he is using because my bf has done the same thing. I agree with being a bit aloof. If anything when he gets home ask of everything went OK but leave it at that. If you feel hurt by him you deserve to tell him, but I usually wait until I'm asked what's wrong. My bf can read me like a book so he always knows and always asks. There are alarm clocks that make you have to physically get out of bed and like stand on them or something. A cheaper option is charge your phone (assuming that's that alarm) across the room so you have to get up to turn it off. At the end of the day if you want to make the change enough, you will. I feel you. I've struggled with this forever and I myself don't want it enough lol.
/r/RedPillWomen11/09/20 04:31 PM

This seems to be your problem. I don't think you really like men. You resent them and it probably comes through as you being a feminist, which is a huge turn off except to other non masculine men.

I agree this seeking our more conservative men. While I don't like their political ideals I do prefer there overall demeanor.
/r/RedPillWomen11/09/20 04:20 PM

The moment you stop caring what men want you will probably see them be more interested. You said yourself when you don't seem interested it happened. So just keep doing that and slowly open up to them. Some men like a girl they have to work for. This would of course be more easy to diagnose with real examples or seeing you around men, but alas.
/r/RedPillWomen11/09/20 04:17 PM

We for sure can not get sex from anyone. I've been on dates where I like the guy and we supposedly get a long then at the end of the night they had no interest in taking things further. Not all men are horn dogs and you want to avoid the ones who expect sex right away.
/r/RedPillWomen11/09/20 04:13 PM

I don't get along well with most women so I prefer men. Red pill or not, men will be in my life and any significant other will have to deal. If they have a problem it means they don't trust me and I don't want a relationship with someone who doesn't trust me.

People are for sure weird. I got down voted on a post in another sub basically saying if you have no money don't have kids. If you confront him and things don't change you might consider just going to stay with a family member for a bit of that's an option. Sometimes men need to know what it feels like to lose you to realize they were a dick. My sister in law did that when my brother was being as ass.

I don't know about you all but something that causes me to want to swipe left immediately is any man who openly Proclaim is they're a feminist. To me that's just a big red flag that they are going to be incapable of being in charge of the relationship. Maybe I'm Wrong. I'm 31 and bf is 29. I moved to another city so it's long distance now but I went back for 2 months during the pandemic since I could work remote. Then as I was there for about a month is slowed down to our typical amount of 2-3 times a week. Always hot, just less frequent. I loved with him for almost 2 years before I moved.
