CMV: It's better to be beautiful than smart in this world. You realize most people are average, right? The person sitting alone either likes being alone or lacks confidence/is too shy to approach anyone, or lacks very basic social skills. 'Chad' the way you're using the term, just means a charismatic guy. Charisma comes naturally to some people, and if they're good looking they were probably conditioned from a young age to have more charisma. But average, even ugly people, can be charismatic, and attractive people can be uncharismatic or shy. And averag… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/04/17 10:40 PM
CMV: It's better to be beautiful than smart in this world.Sure, obviously management will be an exception but management is a job that requires people skills (ideally people skills that make you a good leader but people skills that help you manipulate your way to the top will do it just as well unfortunately). But you can have good charisma and social skills while being perfectly average (or unattractive), it's just that looks help. And you can be smart and have social skills too, they don't cancel each other out. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/04/17 10:17 PM

CMV: It's better to be beautiful than smart in this world.A genius can accomplish a lot, and being average means you're not really going to suffer any of the negative consequences of being actually ugly. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/04/17 09:30 PM
CMV: It's better to be beautiful than smart in this world.Being pretty and dumb won't help you become a lawyer, doctor, or physicist. I know plenty of good looking people that are not at all well off because of the family/class they were born into and unfortunately because they're uneducated (I wouldn't say stupid) they have a hard time improving their life. In fact, women that happen to be smart and beautiful tend to not be taken as seriously in professional settings due to their looks. It's better to be beautiful and dumb if you just want to be a tro… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/04/17 09:25 PM
Research Articles: When Gender Differences in Sexual Selectivity DisappearIt's explained that women aren't selective just cause they're prudes, they're selective because they don't want to risk getting into a dangerous situation with a man who, odds are, won't even be able to satisfy her sexually. Men don't generally worry that a women will physically harm them and they are pretty much guaranteed to get off, so they're less selective. If a woman feels safe and believes the man (or woman) is sexually skilled they're just as likely to say yes as men. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/04/17 04:06 PM
Sex vs. Rape, seeking the appropriate metaphorI didn't mean you specifically, I was adding onto what you said about 'if you have to use analogies' etc. I'm very sorry you had to go through that. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/09/16 12:41 AM
Sex vs. Rape, seeking the appropriate metaphorSex is like a man who likes receiving anal stimulation. Rape is like a man being anally raped against his will. You don't have to come up with analogies to understand rape. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/09/16 12:13 AM
Sex vs. Rape, seeking the appropriate metaphorRape is rape, and IMO, if you have to use analogies, you are trying to stretch the definition of rape. Or you're incapable of empathizing with other people's experiences unless you can apply to something that might happen to you, personally. If you're a man and can't understand rape from a woman's perspective, look at it from a man's perspective. Some men like being on the receiving end of anal sex, whether their partner is a man or a woman. No man wants to be anally raped. It's pretty simply. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/09/16 12:11 AM
