| 1 | Twitch will now award (only) female gaming streamers with grantsIf you want to be popular and liked, you have to have women like you You kinda lost me at that, tbh, since this is very much down to personal experience and environment. I, for instance, went to an all-boys school, then throughout college and university had zero trouble interacting and being "liked" by women. But it's high school logic, which isn't really applicable in adult relationships. Again, that's my experience of it, you might have a different one. | /r/MensRights | 01/03/18 10:29 AM |
| 1 | Twitch will now award (only) female gaming streamers with grantsI'm not forcing anyone to do anything, I just rather the societal pressure for video games being a "boy thing" not stand in the way of females who want to make a living out of it. The assumption of "there's not that many so there just must not be many interested" is no more or less valid than "there's not so many because gaming is pushed as a "men's thing"". It's probably a bit of both, or one producing the other. you chauvinist But yeah, jump right to that if you want. | /r/MensRights | 01/03/18 10:10 AM |
| -1 | Twitch will now award (only) female gaming streamers with grantsNot all streamers are there because they are pro or thereabouts. If that's your reason, that's great, but there's no real reason that a girl can't be just as good as a boy at video games. Other than, y'know, society. Gender equality is tending towards equal in a lot of areas but in gaming and streaming, it really is not. Throwing money at them is a bit of a heavy handed approach but if we're looking for more female streamers with substance in areas other than their chest, I'm all for it if it ge… | /r/MensRights | 28/02/18 02:40 PM |
| -1 | Twitch will now award (only) female gaming streamers with grantsThe fact that this is the feeling of most of the gaming and streaming community is probably the reason why Twitch feel the need to give women an extra stipend. Just saying. | /r/MensRights | 28/02/18 12:45 PM |
| 7 | Women hate men with anxiety, which is why they need to be avoided. Both of my most important and long lasting relationship were with women who were very much understanding and empathetic with my situation regarding anxiety. I don't know how I would've got by without them. Just to give an opposing viewpoint. | /r/MGTOW | 15/02/18 10:10 AM |
| 1 | i think i dodged a bulletOh yeah, I'm not denying that, but the original claim was judging a character on political views is entirely unjustified. For the mainstream parties, sure, some of them are a bit ehh, but none enough to completely ruin a person's character. Go a bit further out to the fringes, and I'm starting to think it would. | /r/MGTOW | 15/02/18 12:11 AM |
| 5 | i think i dodged a bulletNot to go all Goodwin's Law on this, but does that mean if I judge someone's character because they supported Hitler and the Nazis, then I'M the baddie? | /r/MGTOW | 14/02/18 12:13 PM |
| -6 | Women’s restroom, men’s restroom: all genders welcome. (Sorry for the shitty photo)I'll admit I didn't see that. But again, if there's only space for two toilets and only one is fitted for disabled people, then one way or another someone is getting "discriminated". Unless we're gonna stop one gender of disabled person from using the bathroom. EDIT -- Downvote me if you want, but not acknowledging there is a disabled symbol on that sign as well as the word "all-gender" doesn't make it not there. If it had simply been "women's" and "unisex", then I'd agree that it was discrimina… | /r/MensRights | 13/02/18 02:51 PM |
