I just think ghosting someone is disrespectful. It depends on the context, if you know this person for 2-3 months, you can't just ghost her. I would gently hint at her that I'm no longer intereseted / dont have time at this point in time. Specially if she was nice to me this whole time. I think ghosting is valid to punish bad behaviour, like flaking dates, disrespecting you in any way, or just being annoying.

You are pre assuming that she will behave badly, and that's unfair in my opinion. I don't have high expectations of people, but I don't assume they are bad from the start.

I would love if you could link me that post or something to read a little bit deeper. From your last sentence: I think that there's a difference between a gentleman and a nice guy. A nice guy would let a girl step over him, a gentleman will kindly and assertively tell her to fuck off honestly. You can be aggressive and "violent" but girls don't like guys who are emotional tbh, (in my experience at least) they want a stoic calm centered man that can't be moved, like a mountain. So if you react vi…

Usually girls are pretty gentle when rejecting a guy. The thing is that most guys don't get that they are getting rejected. If you text a girl and she responds with one short messages and never innitiates conversation, you are getting rejected buddy. Women communicate first covertly then overtly when you don't get the hint.

I disagree, but you are entitled to your opinion. I don't get why you should treat people badly if they didn't do anything wrong to you. That's just being mean and weak, not alpha at all in my opinion.

Thanks. Yes I thought the same thing, you have to be clear in that regard.

Life always goes in cycles my friend. Think of winters and springs, sometimes you have everything going for you and sometimes you think "How can this be happening to me?". If it goes better from now on depends on the actions you take today (and a bit of luck we are not gonna lie). Just focus on eating healthy, workout, have healthy habits like reading, listening to insightful podcasts, going outdoors, learning useful skills, and improving your financial game. Working on that will give you the be…

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDuMGoK-1JA If you want a scientific approach, watch that video. The tl:dr is, if you don't have symptoms of low T, dont test it because it isn't constant throughout the day. Maybe you got checked fasted in the morning and next time with breakfast and better sleep and the results are totally differente. That's my 2 cents on the matter.

Yeah but when she brings it up during conversation. How should I react? Like she tells me yeah i'm working with X dude and blah blah blah, should I just say: "I'm not interested in the other guys you have around, tell me about your day". I see it as an assertive way to be polite and say "dont give me that crap".

I work in a gym, would you say that dating girls that I meet there is bad? If so why? Asking out of curiosity.

If you are a beginner, 3-4 times is all you need. It's counterproductive to go overboard earlier since your body is not adapted to do a lot of work, you build the work capacity by progressing, and once you stop, then you add more volume (stress) to keep stimulating growth, not the other way around. Imho, one of the best beginner programs out there is from Jonnie Candito and it's actually free. You can choose between three types (Hypertrophy/Strength/Power), they are all similar but If your are n…
