If that keeps your ego from feeling too bruised, then feel free to see it that way

Lol, come on, do you really think I'm going to read all of that? Scamper along now and go find something else to do with your time

Huh? The 1950s called- they want their bunk psychology back. There is no uniform male brain or female brain, for one. Brain sex is a myth. Every brain is its own unique mosaic. Get with the times, bro. You speak with such false confidence, yet you call my opinions distorted and non-factual. Okay then. Research the "Dunning Kruger Effect" and find yourself

That's okay. They can read it and weep

Yeah, because I call out complete and total bullshit when I see it, even if that means I might get a negative amount of imaginary internet points from salty men who don't agree It's not hard to figure out

Okay, now you're just rambling incoherently at this point. I feel sorry for you if getting feedback you don't like from strangers on social media is this de-stabilizing for you.

Of course. Heuristics and cognitive biases are built into human thinking to an extent. We all generalize in small degrees. It's when you start to negatively generalize and assign motives to an entire group of people who may have literally *nothing* in common besides being single and having kids that you start to seem a little bitter and self-important. Like you do here

You know when you admit you haven't even read my comment history? How does that work? For the most part, I try to avoid making negative generalizations about either sex, period. Sweeping generalizations make you appear ignorant and shallow in your thinking.

What hypocrisy? I'm not a single mom, if that's what you're implying

So you can magically read the minds, intentions, and worries of every single mom out that you've never even meet? Very impressive ability you've got there, wow. /S

Extremely depressing. But, old habits die very hard, so everyone's got to figure these kinds of things out in their own due time. Don't be too hard on yourself for not knowing what you didn't know! :)

Good on you for realizing that. So many men act as if women are a fundamentally different species who require insider knowledge and specialized lingo to be able to connect with. It's especially bizarre when you consider that women are 50% of the population, so every man has already talked to thousands of women in his life. All you really need, as you've discovered, is to talk to them like normal people you're trying to get to know.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
