As you have likely noticed, this post is about three things: - brain science (or, more precisely, cognitive science) - a method to improve (with a clear path forward) - motivation to push people to start walking along the path. I agree with you that, longer term, discipline is the only viable approach. However, you only get discipline through a positive feedback loop. And the motivation part helps you to start this loop.

2.2g of protein per kg is way too much. Look at Menno Henselman's website.

Remember: do business with strangers as if they were friends, and with friends as if they were strangers.

Stop watching porn. This is shit and will kill your natural, masculine desire.

Why being so black and white? Focus on improving yourself first, and your dating life will follow. Yes, as soon as you start dating, you might be dumped. And so what? That's part of life, that's part of the game. You cannot feel pleasure if you're not willing to suffer.

You can start with Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion before switching to more specialized books depending on what you're interested in.

Do you have your shit together, ie a well paying job or your own company? That would be expected from someone who is 42 yo.

Given your mindset, why didn't take the path of entrepreneurship, and create your own company? You could then hire a manager to take care of running the business, and spend the rest of your work week (ie 100%) doing whatever you want.

Because it's actually much easier to bang a girl than to develop a steady income of money.

Not sure you'll be able to memorize anything from the audiobok, given how extensive the book is, and requires you to go back often to fully understand everything.

The 48 laws of power is a very good books, but very long and too hard to implement when you are a beginner. Beginners should always start with a framework that is light and easy to implement - this will yield better results than going directly with the full blueprint. Always keep in mind Pareto's law.

This is actually very good advice. It's well known that the optimal zone for hypertrophy is up to 30 reps: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/17461391.2018.1450898?journalCode=tejs20&

Nice summary! For all of you that want to learn more, I recommend the following books: Cialdini's books "How to Master the Art of Selling"

Your job and financial well-being should always come first. Without money, you are nothing.

Money is like air, it's important if you don't have enough. As soon as you have a comfortable minimum (you can easily pay the bill and buy a few extras, so lower middle class), it doesn't matter that much anymore. You'll also notice that girls coming from middle-class background don't care that much about it, as they have enough to live by themselves.

Going out alone can see daunting at first, but it's really a matter about feeling comfortable in your own shoes. As I read some time ago, one of the best ways to develop this mindset is to constantly think "I am OK alone, I don't need anyone to be happy." This idea always exists in your brain, because that's how cavemen lived: they couldn't always rely on the group.

It doesn't cost anything to text her tomorrow. If she likes you, waiting more won't increase your chances.

Think differently. What do you have to lose? Nothing, so go for it!
/r/seduction13/04/19 11:05 PM

When you think about it, confidence is nothing more than a sum of positive experiences. You just need to start building momentum. For example, start asking a small thing first (for example the time) before moving to saying something nice (or even a direct compliment). Just challenge yourself a tiny bit every time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
