Too bad the video was cut short. In the full version that Lady cop is a bad ass & tells her fellow officer to cut her hair since the perp won't let go.
Serious question. If you have a genuine fear of being sued/trapped/slandered by interacting with women, (regardless of the environment) can you still be brought up on sexual discrimination charges?

That was a tough watch, dude has way more restraint then I ever would have. Also, I really hope this video was submitted as evidence, because without it that guy is in jail for a LONG time.
