It's basically attention training. Learning to not pay attention to distractions in your life (which are mostly distracting thoughts). Learning to maintain focus in all aspects of you're life leads to a better overall well-being.

Seems about right. Sometimes girls just don't feel like it, and I personally wouldn't want a girl who has makeup on 24/7.

you become more easily influenced by others If this is happening to you, you're doing it wrong. It should be the opposite in fact. You should become more aware and mindful of the impact others have on you, by learning to slow down your interactions. And you definitely dont need a professional to learn how to process painful emotions.

Heart attack survivors and people with serious abnormal heart rhythms who own dogs live longer than people with the same heart problems who don't have pets, studies show.

RP has really opened my eyes. Once you learn the true dynamics of a successful male/female relationship, you see how fucked the world really is. This world is plagued with blue pill pussies. I now know why I see my uncles, coworkers, bosses, and acquaintances with super-bitchy women. I used to think, "why would you be with a women who treats you like that?".
