Thanks man. I was going to put that off because I assumed cashiers just want to do the transaction as quick as possible, and not really talk. I guess I'll go down to the supermarket and pick the queue with a nice girl :)

Don't really know where to post this, but can someone help me? I have a party tomorrow, and all 30ish people there are from my school, and I feel I can't have fun, as they'll somehow judge. I would rather find new people to speak to.

I never seem to get many helpful replies that are not 'just DO IT'. Yeah, sure, If I could do that I would. I spoke to my crush the other day. I asked her for the time, said thanks, and walked off. I didn't freak out or anything, I just have no experience in small talk and so I didn't know what to say.
