Not exactly self sabotage but yes, I have a history of getting really scared of something and “pussying out” of it. This is the same kind of anxiety, wherein I feel like I either need to make a decision now whether I should continue this relationship or not, or start looking for someone new..and feel like time is running out. I have tried therapy in the past but it didn’t get to the root of my problems. I should give it another try tho.
