100% its a turn off for women. Women want to be lead and feel secure by a driven man. I have seen women that rule the roost in other relationships which i guess is ok until they meet someone that is more mentally masculine than the man they are with and then the attraction to the current man dies out.

If they dont ask you your name back they couldnt give a damn about you and you doing your best is working out what works for you and enticing what you want rather than learning someones name that wont ask yours back and could put you down with their reply i.e your not good enough for them so ask the question get your reply and cut the losses before your put down is the kinda point. Its also ok for them to not show interest for whatever reason so if thats the case move on to the next person that …

I was taught you approach a woman by telling them your stopping them because you wanted to tell them they are beautiful. Leading on to asking there name and if they ask yours back its because they are genuinely interested in you so that makes or breaks within 10 seconds of a convo and you either converse or wrap it and move on that way you get your answer and its not so disheartening. Remember finding a match for yourself is 1 in 8/9 billion so get used to the feeling of no this ones not for me.
