Two days is not being ghosted. People have lives.

I mean tbf it’s sexy texts that got me. In hindsight I can say because the guy was flirty and funny over text that came across as confident and fun. It also made me realise we were more sexually compatible than I thought. Also the OP’s already dating this girl - she doesn’t find him unappealing so what you’re saying doesn’t really apply here

Yes, he considered respecting her saying she did not want to sleep with him as “sexual discipline”. He also went on to say that had he continued to “press her” to have sex with him then it wouldn’t be considered pressuring it her. It was a wild ride

I think it depends. I went on a first date with a guy and I truly felt nothing other than platonic vibes. I wasn’t physically attracted to him but we did get on super well. He was physically attracted to me. We kept texting and it was like overnight I suddenly was just really attracted to him. I couldn’t even tell you what it was that changed my mind, it just changed. So I think it really depends on the situation but what I will say is there are very few times I have changed my mind, maybe once …

You don’t need her to chase you to create sexual tension. Actually just do things that create sexual tension. Flirty text, teasing etc

Okay so if you know so much why are you whining here, “babe”?

Ignore this guy. He’s literally made a post elsewhere questioning if he should have pressured a date into sex and how after she said no and he “showed sexual discipline” he got refused for a second date. Stop viewing this as a challenge. Respect your date. I’ve been in her situation and I can assure if a man had ignored what I had told him and pushed it on the next date he would not have heard from me again. If you show her you can’t respect what she says because you value your needs and the lov…

IF SHE TOLD YOU NO THEN SHE TOLD YOU NO. Ignoring that is not being assertive. It’s pressuring her to have sex with you. End of. And clearly if you knew what women wanted you’d be able to secure a second date without crying to men in this group.

THANK YOU. Pressing harder after you’re told no it’s basically trying to pressure and coerce someone into sex. At best it’s in the grey area of consensual. It’s not “game”. It just makes women think you’re a predator

I’m about to blow your mind - I know about getting women because I am a woman that men try to get. So therefore as a woman, I know what other women are likely to respond well to. I’m gonna blow your mind a second time - some women also get women. I can see why you got knocked back for a second date.
/r/seduction23/07/25 05:52 PM

I assure you it is. If someone has told you no and then you “press harder” that is pressuring them. I’m also a woman, not a dude. Men who “press harder” after we tell them no are the men we tell each other to avoid
/r/seduction23/07/25 05:44 PM

You’ve replied to my comment saying no one said anything about pressuring her. If you’ve been told no and then continue asking that’s pressuring someone

As a woman I don’t think pressuring her for sex would have helped you, she either would have given in and probably regretted it (it’s also coercion and it’s gross af) or she would have thought you were unsafe/a creep. Sometimes you just aren’t in the right place to continue something or that person just isn’t quite right even though you’ve had a great time with them (I felt this recently after a date that went really well). People internalise this stuff when often it’s to do with the other perso…

I’m a woman mate. I can’t assure you that I don’t know a single woman who wants to be treated as though their partner is superior to them. We can want someone who wants us rather than needs us and still not be treated as though we are beneath our partner, hope this helps. P.s. women aren’t a monolith. Some women love needy men.

Please don’t act as if she’s below you, or view her in that way in general, because if she’s got any level of emotional intelligence and can read people she will know and you will blow it.

I agree. I think it’s a cop out because a lot of people just don’t want to admit that they’re likely part of the reason they aren’t doing great in dating.

I personally am not surprised. Beyond that though I would disagree that it’s about being physically unattractive. I know a huge amount of men who aren’t conventionally attractive who have partners, most have partners significantly more attractive than them. However, they have qualities that women like. They’re confident, kind, charismatic. I think men often oversimplify the way women feel attraction and rather than listen to women about what women want, they post in groups where the majority of …

I’ll also add to what I’ve said above - if you liked someone enough to want to take them home then again, letting them sleep off being clearly too drunk to consent and function basically really is not you going above and beyond (even when you don’t really know them). I’ve allowed numerous people to sleep off being too drunk in my home because it wouldn’t have been safe to let them go off on their own, they weren’t behaving in a manner than threatened me and I wouldn’t put someone at risk just fo…

This argument would work if he hadn’t brought her home with him with the intention of her literally sleeping there because he was hoping for sex. Again - if she’s so much of a stranger that he should have chucked her out then he probably shouldn’t have been expecting to stick his dick in her either. If she’s so much of a stranger that you wouldn’t show her basic decency by letting her sleep off being visibly too drunk and unwell because of drinking then again probably shouldn’t stick your dick i…

I think a lot of men simply find it easier to believe they aren’t being picked because they’re “too nice” because it then becomes the fault of women and they don’t have to do any self reflection or inner work on themselves. I will always stand by the fact that doing something nice solely because you want to get laid isn’t actually you being nice. It’s you being horny and trying to manipulate someone into thinking you’re a good partner to get it.

I am not applauding anyone for this. A woman wouldn’t be applauded for this, I can guarantee you that. Waking up twice, which let’s be honest most people don’t sleep well when they’ve been drinking or with strangers in their house, to ask if she’s ready to leave is not going above and beyond. Not sexually assaulting her is not above and beyond - there’s literally numerous comments praising him for not copping charges. He did a decent thing (again basic human decency is to make sure someone is sa…

I’d also argue if you were all so successful at pulling women you wouldn’t be milling around on Reddit asking other men for advice
/r/seduction15/07/25 01:45 PM

You thinking you “hunt” women is comical. You definitely wank into a sock and get a date a year at best. Beyond that, what you’re saying is stupid. Asking women what appeals to them gives men a higher chance of success - even if they’re not genuine in what they’re portraying - hence why so many men do garner success from pretending to be nice guys rather than being smug, toxic arseholes from the get go.

I know people are different but the implication that if woman has cum once they wouldn’t possibly ask for a round 2 is just ridiculous

Thank you. I don’t read tone well over text at all. I have autism and reading tone in general is difficult for me but even harder over text
/r/seduction14/07/25 07:51 PM

Also I would argue if it’s satire what was the point in replying to me? I obviously understood what the OP meant, I was just flabbergasted that any man would not grasp why a round two was necessary. Replying to me with that suggests I don’t grasp what the first person was implying
/r/seduction14/07/25 04:22 PM

I mean that doesn’t really give satire. It simply gives quoting another man. Again, men say stuff like this in a serious capacity ALL the time.
/r/seduction14/07/25 04:20 PM

I know it’s not the same person. Saying automatically that it’s satire is a stretch especially when a lot of men think this way and lack basic understanding about women, how they orgasm, their enjoyment of sex.
/r/seduction14/07/25 07:47 AM

I would reply to this in depth but having a man mansplain to me what I want as a woman is just so ridiculous that I can’t stop cackling. This is the problem with men, you think you know women better than women know themselves. Women are tired of you.
/r/seduction14/07/25 12:51 AM

I’m not sure why this is quote marks or who you’re quoting but 1. I’m a woman 2. I always ask for a round 2, possibly even a round 3 or more because I have a high sex drive. 3. Men need to stop making up nonsense to shame other men

Women prefer golden retrievers energy/good vibes in general. It’s men who think women want bad boys/toxic men. Social media is literally littered with hundreds of thousands of posts by women explaining we don’t want toxic men. Then not wanting a follow up meeting could literally be because they just want a hookup. Your post suggests the interaction has been about sex more than anything and if that’s the vibe you’re putting out then that’s likely why they don’t want to see you again.

This really depends on where you are. I’m Uk based and women don’t really do this, if any do it’s rare. I also think comparatively speaking men that I’ve seen have done it very differently from the few women I’ve seen. The men have listed physical qualities they want, not mentioned anything of substance like personality traits that they’d like and overall been very negative in the language they’ve used. The women I’ve seen have typically listed qualities they would like in a partner I.e. kind, e…

The OP is frustrated that this didn’t work. The likelihood is because “I want to talk to you because you’re pretty” which has zero flare or confidence is why coupled with the weird phone thing. Going on about the “journey” is irrelevant because people’s advice isn’t based on the general, it’s based on his specific encounter. What exactly was false? Again, pretty women often do get complimented daily In some regard. You’re making an assumption which isn’t based on experience because you’re not a …

I didn’t say it never works, I said it’s boring. It lacks thought. I have had men who are my type say this and I’ve still had no interest because what they’re saying still matters to most women. The comment you’re replied to has effectively said the same thing as me. It not being your experience doesn’t make it false.

Most attractive women are used to being complimented. Whilst it’s not as frequent, men have at random in the street, in bars etc said to me it attractive (not whilst chatting me up). What’s most frequent is noticing men notice me, men complimenting me online, men behaving in a manner that shows they find me attractive. Men then using “oh you’re so pretty” as an opener is boring. In a situation like this I’d be more inclined to respond positively to something like “I see you almost every day on t…

She likely just thought it was a bit weird that you did that. I BEG that men stop claiming you have to ridiculously handsome when there are literally thousands of mid and when who are stereotypically not good looking who have relationships. It’s all about the confidence. I’ve dated men who are mid at best in terms of what society views as good looking. I am conventionally attractive for reference. It’s the confidence that has caught my attention every time. If a man did this to me I would find i…

You tell her immediately and then you LEAVER HER ALONE. You know she wants more. She will likely agree to fwb in the hopes you’ll change your mind and you know that. Don’t be a dick. It’ll lead to her getting hurt. Find someone who wants what you want.

I get you feel that way but for most people that’s just not the reality. Most people are inclined to think being polite is the better option

The evidence to the contrary would be that when you slide in her dm’s she never keeps the conversation going and she doesn’t seek conversation from you on her own. If she’s an attractive woman then I assure you you are not the only person she’s spoken to that she’s aware finds her attractive. I’m a conventionally attractive woman - it’s pretty easy to tell when a man finds me attractive. Depending on my previously relationship to them I.e. school friends, someone I know who has been interested i…

From personal experience I can tell you a solution isn’t reading into basic things that people do everyday in a way that suits your narrative despite evidence to the contrary. The average person would advise you to reach out and chat to her like a normal person would but you’ve done that and she’s basically just been polite back. If she was interested in you she would seek to keep the conversation going. If you don’t want to directly ask if she is single then you’ve exhausted what the other opti…

I’d argue that she’s responding literally to just be polite. Someone watching your stories also means nothing. If she isn’t seeking more conversation with you then it’s likely she’s just not that interested now or is with someone

I didn’t say all women agree with me. I said all the women I know would. The vast majority of women do not want to be approached when they’re working out. You’re also describing women approaching you which isn’t the same at all from a woman’s perspective.

I would honestly rather poke my own eyes out than be chatted up by a guy at the gym and most, if not all, of my female friends feels the same
/r/seduction14/11/24 09:50 PM

Loooooooool okay bro. You keep believing what you want to but I assure you women spend very little time worrying about men, what they want and how to entice them. Women, unlike most men, are much more intentional about that kind of thing and generally reserve their efforts for men they actually want to date.
/r/seduction05/11/24 10:50 PM

The thing is most women just don’t care what men think of their makeup. It’s not for you. I want my partners to think I look nice but if they loved red lipstick it’s still not something I’m going to change my day to day makeup wear to accommodate. Maybe on the odd occasion but beyond that no. My makeup is for me and is what I enjoy doing. She obviously likes how she does her makeup. You saying she doesn’t suit it or only complimenting her when its the way you like it likely aren’t going to do yo…

I’ll go further and give more perspective - my ex partner loved how I looked without makeup but he also appreciated the effort I went to when I did makeup. He complimented my effort and skill even when I did makeup that was quite heavy. I am someone who suits more natural eye makeup moreso than heavy eye makeup but I like doing more elaborate eye makeup from time to time. He complimented me every single time. I knew his preference but he made sure I knew I didn’t have to wear his preference to b…

You don’t. Again why don’t men get this - women don’t care about your criticism when it comes to their makeup. Your opinion is subjective NOT fact. If you don’t like makeup date someone who doesn’t wear it. Beyond that leave this woman’s makeup alone.

No. Most women do not do this. Believe it or not most of us aren’t practicing how to be enticing to men.
/r/seduction05/11/24 07:53 PM
5

The likelihood is she doesn’t care if you like it. She likely wears it FOR HER. Why is this so hard for men to understand. Many, many women enjoy the process and skill that goes into makeup. We don’t do it for men. This idea we are hiding is drivel.
/r/seduction05/11/24 07:46 PM
2

I would not appreciate this from a man at all. I don’t wear makeup to “hide”. I wear it because I like it. This also goes for almost all the women I know. None of us would appreciate this at all. I assume you think it sounds very romantic but it doesn’t. It sounds cringe and a bit weird. If you get to see a woman without makeup compliment her natural beauty absolutely but also compliment her for the effort she goes to when she does wear it.

I’d say your wrong. I hate when men play games and do the hot and cold, you’re just an option to me thing. If I chase them after that it’s because they’ve triggered insecurity not because I like them. Most women want a guy that’s into them and just them but it depends on how you show them that
/r/seduction25/10/24 11:25 PM

Confidence is key. You have to seem confident and have good patter. Most women will respond to this more than anything

As a woman I would inexperience isn’t necessarily a turn off or an issue but it’s when a guy isn’t listening/reading the cues you’re giving him or showing interests in your preferences. My first partner had had a lot of partners whereas I was a virgin so at the time I didn’t realise he wasn’t great in bed at all but in hindsight I can see he was terrible in comparison to my other partners. Experience isn’t what makes someone good. Having the confidence to take charge, try things and communicate …
