Contact your doctor about a diet that would work for you. It seems like you have many health issues. By "me" movement I mean we are so focused on our mental health we look inward WAY too much. Instead of serving our community or considering others we think about how things impact us as an individual. For example, your issues with not having a mother. You're internalising everything (ie I'm jealous others had mothers and I didn't) instead of objectively considering what you need to do now. It's n…

Are you seeing a psychologist? This would be your first move. I don't know if this is terrible, but the whole "ME" movement of this generation just makes everyone lose touch with life. It's not your fault but it's something we need to be aware of. Next is to throw out all junk you have in your home. Don't bother exercising for now. 80% of weight loss is diet. Keto works quickly so you'll feel a lot more reassured it's working as you can literally see the results week after week. At your weight I…

Some men also think that if you smile at them or are generally polite that you're flirting with them. It's not necessarily a bad thing. I've used it a lot to influence "pretty privilege" so in a sense it's a way of getting what you want even from those men who are not in your league.

This is where Google is your friend. Find images of outfits you like online and reverse image search. You'll find so many results.

I think it's more about setting boundaries with yourself than with your partner. It seems like you're easily taken advantage of because you allow that. Work out what you actually want for yourself, not within a relationship. Because it seems like you think being adaptable and in a sense, a push over is a good attribute, but it's led you here. ETA it's amazing to be soft and tender. But only to the right person.

You're right. Hopefully others who are in a similar predicament will see this comment and think about whether to say anything or not.

Trust is very difficult to recover. It takes a lot of understanding on both sides and a lot of transparency. For men this can be emasculating. They see it as an intrusion of their privacy and most men are incapable of doing it. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the feminine enjoys being open and completely transparent, but the masculine likes to separate some parts of their life with others - I think that's why men who work outside the home enjoy the shift in work and home life. Your partne…

I couldnt read all of this mainly because what I was reading was heart breaking particularly the part about you crying and him calling you immature and manipulative. I'm so sorry. You were trying to be understanding and kind and he took advantage of that. You are not overreacting. Pleaae do some self care and focus on you. Edit - I said he was cheating before reading it all and realised he was. I would think carefully about whether you really want this up and down in your life. You worked hard o…

You probably need to speak to a sex therapist. There is too much here for you to deal with on your own. We can't help you with a few paragraphs of information. You need to speak to one individual who can give you real advice. Not reddit.

I may be speaking out of turn, but if I messaged my partner to express that I missed them, my partner would automatically feel uplifted and message back. It's possible that because it's a long distance relationship it's become taxing and more of a drain than an exciting connection. I think it's important for both of you to be honest about where the relationship is headed. It's very unusual to be in a romantic relationship and not hear from someone in 4 days, though I'll give the benefit of the d…

Organisation is good. Is there any other field that you might be interested in that could do the same? Soemthing that involves being nurturing that could foster your feminine energy more? That would make you more appealing as an RPW

Omg yes thank you hahaha Complement as in to "add value" And compliment as in to "give a compliment".

You mention wanting to go into the military. That's a very masculine position unless it was nursing or something like this? If it's something you're passionate about though then you should follow what makes you happy. Being happy and confident in yourself is being in your feminine.

I think men don't want to have to be a woman's everything. I think having your own passions, hobbies, job, aspirations make it more appealing as most men want women who want them, but don't need them. If you want a traditional husband then he also would want you to do things for yourself. It's why self care and being unavailable sometimes due to your own wanting to do for yourself is appealing. So having said this, boss babes have their own life and a man to complement them (and compliment too, …

Yeah this. Having a child with another woman does mean he will always be attached to her in some way. This can be endearing, but for a man who has children with another woman to be solely yours is not possible. He has a family elsewhere, whether this is something people want to admit or otherwise. I also believe that if a man divorces the mother of his children and makes it out like she's the problem, you have to ask, was he a complete angel? It's highly doubtful. It takes two people to make a r…

It's great to have some male friends but honestly if you're looking for a long term relationship having many male friends can be off putting. Having said that, I genuinely believe the best relationships are those with whom you can be a friend to. So if there is someone you think you'd like to vet or date, I would maybe tell yourself that you're wanting to get to know them as a friend first. That way there are no expectations that anything more will come from this. Given it appears you have a bub…

That's awesome. I struggle not to say things even though I do know better than him with some things. When things go belly up I try not to say you should have done it like this etc.. Cos really a man just wants a woman to stroke his ego.

Yeah. This. He is making out like it's nothing to be worried about but won't give more information. What a douche.

I guess you would know him as you know him in person. It sounds like you've made up your mind no matter the opinions others give. Give it a shot. All the best.

Laying out what you want to him when he's said he doesn't like expectations is a recipe for disaster. He's openly told you in so many words he doesn't want a committed relationship and by sharing that you have expectations means that he will have to consider you in the things that he does, and he doesn't want to have to consider anyone but himself.

Don't give him a list of expectations. He's told you that other women did this, he decided he can't meet them so they left. What makes you an exception? A list to him will be way too confronting. He will not take it well. He's not ready to commit to a relationship. He's happy to date casually as it means there are no expectations and hence he won't have upset anyone. He's an avoidant. He might desire connection and all of that but until he gets the help he needs, or "grows out of it", you'll be …

I thought the same and was completely let down by my husband, who cheated and made it out that our relationship was the issue when it was simply he could not take accountability for his troublesome life. Instead of confiding in and looking to me for support he decided to go elsewhere. I refuse to believe it was because of me and I feel targeted by RPW to suggest that it was something I did when I know that whatever happened had no bearing on how I was as a wife and mother to our children. He too…
