What he wants is the 26 year old he married *AT AGE 41\* ! Now he's almost 50 FFS. The issue isn't with you OP, the issue is with his ED along with his absurd expectations.

A former acquaintance of mine married a young Thai girl who spoke almost no English. At a table full of pals he fawned over how "docile, submissive, shy, delicate and innocent she was." I met her, she was a sweetheart. After 5 minutes of this crap I told him that he was an idiot. I pointed out that "his shy, delicate flower had left her friends, family, culture, language, cuisine. Basically, every single thing she knew and held near and dear to make a better life in the USA with him." Laughing a…

When I told someone I lived in the Netherlands, he said quite assuredly, "oh...right. That's in Denmark."

I saw this and burst out laughing. Ladies, I am 65.5 years old. "Wait for him"? Throw your life away in the hopes that your man might, (someday), pull his head out of his ass? Don't be ridiculous. I can assure you, there is absolutely no such thing as "potential". There is only the hard, cold reality of who someone has chosen to be right now.....and that goes for us as well.

I'm old. Back in the day, boyfriends would want a threesome with another woman. I would always say "sure, but first I want you to do something for me." They would always say, "of course, what do you want baby?". I'd then proceed to tell them how I first wanted a threesome with them and another man. That always ended the threesome talk....and usually the relationship because I'd dump them. Threesomes. No.

In general I have found that men don’t like to break up without a net waiting for them.

I love cooking. Everyone that knows me knows I love cooking. Too many times some guy who I just met or a friend of a friend or a friend of a family member will try to invite himself over for a home cooked meal....like....WTF?? I did not invite you. You invited yourself. Watch me tell you flat out that I am not only not cooking for you, I'll never have anything to do with you ever again. Invite yourself to my house for me to cook for you? Poof! You're gone.

Now I'm tempted to go back, buy the damn mug and donate it to an animal shelter with your suggestion. If nothing else, ridding this mug from the purchasing shelf might save some wayward Pickmeisha from herself.

Doesn't invite his married ex GF along on a group outing. She spent the day talking down to me and reliving their past.

There is no such thing as "potential". There is only the reality of who someone is right now. Thinking that anything you do will somehow magically cause a man to snap out of it, see the light or change his ways is a fools game. Just say no.

You have married an infant who is also an abusive asshole. My I strongly suggest either you demand counseling or loose all 200 + pounds of him.

When I started HS in 1970, those were pretty much my only choices. When I graduated in 1974 I was asked...."so...do you plan to be an astronaut?" That is how quickly things changed for women when we finally had autonomy over reproduction.

I think we should give you younger women some perspective based on what we went through. Birth control....the pill as we called it back then, only became widely available when I was 12 or 13. Prior to that time only married women had access....with their husband's permission. Remembering where we came from, and how few years in which we have had a small amount of autonomy over our bodies is deeply important.

I'm in my 60's. Someone asked me about the "sexual revolution" just a few days ago. I told her that IMO, all the sexual revolution did was deny women permission to say no.

Sarcasm can be easy to miss online sometimes. Tone of voice, body language, eye rolling don't exist as cues.

Thinking that Vice must be primarily written by mentally ill broke dudes with small dicks that barely work because of their porn habits who are also sexually aroused by beating us. Just saying.

My favorite is a gorgeous, extremely talented friend who is 74. She started dating a guy who was in his mid 70s, balding, overweight, with major medical problems and who speaks with a significantly quavering stammer. His voice makes it hard to understand what he is saying. They broke up because he decided he wanted to find a young woman to have a child with. AS IF! Unbefuckinglievable. PS: He already has 2 adult children in their late 40s.

Up until COVID hit I was regularly taking a hip hop class at my gym. I like to dance. Now I'm building a ballet barre at my house so that I can stretch regularly. If you don't use it, you really do lose it. No joke.

I'm 64. Fit, look much younger. The 60 something- 80 something paunchy, squinty, balding, useless dickwaffles always come swanning up to me acting like they are doing me a favor. Makes me want to scream...Oh....and when I tell them my age (I do that right away knowing it will scare them off), they confirm they want someone in their 40's or younger. Trust me, viagra doesn't help most of these losers. The last man I dated was 4 years older than me. Short, impotent (even with chemical help), who th…

It wasn't until he hit me (once) that I understood that all of the other things he had been doing for years, name calling, smashing things, upending tables.....were no different. I filed for divorce the next day.

This happened a few years ago: Met a man new years eve, we really hit it off. He asked me out. Planned for a weekend. The day before we were supposed to get together I posted up a photo of me on FB he took the night we met and tagged him. A guy I didn't know commented on the photo that it was too bad the guy's wife and kids couldn't come to the show that night. (Turned out it was his father in law) WTF? After that I went digging through every one of this man's photos "liking" every single pictur…

Favorite story. I'm a singer. In a recording session at a studio out in the countryside in Holland we were taking a break. I went out back to find the guys....I was the only girl... target shooting with a bb gun. A bunch of cans on posts and one full of water swinging from a tree. They were plinking away ignoring me until I asked to shoot. The 4 of them literally snorted. One of them brought the gun over to me snickering and talking down to me. He showed me how to place the gun against my should…

I have told multiple wealthy male friends that have complained about exactly this, that when they lead with their wallet, they get exactly the hooker they asked for. The insecurity of men that have to bait the hook with their checkbook is universally revolting to any woman of quality. I grew up in an area of great wealth. I learned young that you'd better like a man for more than his money. I saw a lot of guys who lost everything. Money can come and go pretty quickly. Without that steady flow of…
