in a sugar relationship you have established boundaries, expectations, and the benefit to both parties is clear. without that structure in place there's just a lot of room for an older person to use their life experiences, money, and connections to take advantage of a younger person. i would argue that there still is in both scenarios tbh its really not healthy to place yourself in a position to be financially abused by another person.

no it's fairly common for women in the US to douche, though it's fallen out of fashion because it throws off the ph balance of the vagina which can lead to yeast and bacterial infections. it's mostly 35+ or uneducated women who do it. most women just clean the inside gently with warm water, as the vagina naturally cleans itself out by producing fluids (like your mouth cleans itself out with spit)
