| 1 | AWALT: Pizza Delivery EditionI'm in the US and i've ordered pizza with a card plenty of times. I've never had to show them the card. I've even received pizza without using my card from vendors and girlfriends and given a tip from the card using my own signature despite not being the card holder. In general no one cares.
