| 3 | The "cool girl" monologue from Gone Girl has stuck with me long after I watched the movie. Even though Amy Dunne is crazy, her madness touches on the trope I know we've all heard praised or even tried to aspire to.Never read or watched gone girl but this hits home. I told my therapist a few weeks ago that I had this need to be the cool girl that doesn’t care and eventually she helped me realize that I’m living for other people.
