There’s a huuuge difference in someone being a lazy ass mooch with no ambition and having some extra weight. One of those things actually affects your quality of life and the other does not (unless one is extremely obese, that’s a different story, but still not comparable IMO). One of those things has to do with one’s character. The other does not. As shallow as so many dudes are I wouldn’t expect those guys to understand the difference.

This!!! I’m overweight and extremely insecure about it in the bedroom. That’s one of many reasons I’m single. If I ever want to start dating again no way am I doing so until I get my ass back in shape.

The ‘threesome’ (or multiple lovers/partners) scene is another one IMO. It’s literally the same as religious bullshit that allows men to have multiple wives. I know some women are the ones who benefit from it but I think the mainstreaming of it and trying to make it ‘cool’ and modern is just a way to make people accept the religious version of it. Also the mainstreaming of head coverings for women. There are so many things that we could add to this list.

It’s very different. I dont decide whether or not a man is ‘attractive’ enough for me to sleep with until I talk to him. I cannot judge based on his appearance alone, because appearance tells me literally NOTHING about him as a person or how he will be in bed. Obviously there has to be chemistry and sexual attraction in order for me to date a guy, but for me that doesn’t come from him being conventionally attractive. To hear it from the mouth of most guys, it’s all about whether or not the woman…

Am I the only one who thinks is startlingly shallow that you care so much about the woman’s appearance? That’s just so....bizarre to me. I think when guys like you talk, women should listen. You’re telling us that for long term, you don’t care about the woman herself. You don’t care about her character or her soul and who she is as a person. A LOT of men (most of them? All of them?) say the same thing. And then women are shocked when all men care about is sex. Or when the men we’ve fallen in lov…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
