To me it never mattered much if it was a men's right or women's right matter. What mattered was if I thought something was indbalanced and needed attention. Sometimes that means supporting women, sometimes that means supporting men. I think the problem starts when you only support one side's issues and not the other.

I came here from the post you had on r/sex a bit ago, so probably stepping into the lion's den here. I was in a somewhat controlling relationship with my ex. He didn't want me talking to people in case "they tried something". (Yet kept saying he trusted me, just didn't trust them.) After we broke up, I was adamant to never be with someone that told me what I can and can't do again. I'm with someone now that doesn't, and it's wonderful. I'd never tell him he's not allowed to do something. He's hi…

He took charge, and she's a virgin. That imo puts the responsibility on him. If she was the agressor, and him the virgin, it'd be on her. I'm gonna go watch semi finals cs go now

He confidently took charge of the situation and made it happen. So he should confidently take charge of the situation and call her.

It might not have been obvious to her. It is however obvious to him that she's upset, given he states it in his text. And it's a situation he put himself in. It was his suggestion to do it in the mall bathroom. And he's the more experienced of the two, so he knows she's upset, but she doesn't know he is. My impression is she's in a worse state than he is. And even if he's worse off than her, if he contacts her to talk, it helps him more than her, so win win. She's a virgin, probably mortified, e…

Yes, cause she was upset. (I read that as in upset with herself, sad, distressed, in a bad place, not pissed at him. You read it as pissed at him. Only OP and the girl knows the true meaning of "upset".) For the record, this is the definition I find online of "upset": "the state of being unhappy, disappointed, or worried." If I'm with a friend, and that friend leaves upset, I'd want to check up on that person later on to see if they're ok. That's normal, isn't it?

The old woman struggeling is still a stranger. If it was your grandmother, I'd bash you for not helping. This woman is his friend. He needs to talk to her. He was the experienced one of the two. If she was the experienced one, yeh, she should call and say sorry.

It's more likely she'll laugh if he contacts her and they have a talk out. At least then there was some resolve to it, and not just a bad memory.

Yeh, not doing the nice thing is to me the wrong thing to do. Especially in this situation. I just feel sexual experiences can scar you if something bad happens, and it just takes so little from his side to mend it. It seems so easy to me to fix, that I can't grasp how he won't do it. I hope he'll talk to her. I really do. He just needs to be a bit selfless and make sure she's ok. She'll feel so much better. I can so easily put myself in her shoes, and feel how horrible that feeling would be. An…

You're projecting then. I wouldn't know that it kept hurting if I eased my grip. You'd have to tell me, and I'd say sorry. If you express you're being hurt, and someone don't listen and just keeps doing it the way they want, they're a pathetic asshole that should be dumped asap. End of. My impression of the situation is that something that should be done on her terms and for her, was made entirely about him and his pleasure. Something I can understand, but that in hindsight might be worth talkin…

She deathgripped him, he told her to ease up, she did. I've had guys do uncomfortable things down there, I have tried to correc them, and they've stopped hurting me, but still been shit, and no orgasm for me. If he got upset at himself for being shit as a virgin, I'd remind him he's a virgin, and these things take time. I think you read it wrong. She didn't keep hurting him after he corrected her. So if a woman was complaining about vaginal pain, but said he adjusted, how can they blame the guy …

It's not wrong if he talks to her afterwards and smooths things over. If you say yes to a female friend experimenting, know what you're getting yourself into, and if it goes wrong, talk to her about it afterwards. There should be some attitude from your side, if helpign out a friend, that it's about her learning, not about you getting off, cause that's not gonna be easy anyways. You can say no if that's not your cup of tea. If she can't understand your reasoning for saying no, she's selfish. Sto…

She seemed reluctant about the bathroom, her first time was in a bathroom, he was thinking with his dick (it comes across in his writing, he was really turned on by the idea he had in his head), and he doesn't have a shred of consern for her. I just find that selfish. It's selfish regardless of gender. My standards are the same, men or women. In retrospect, he should realise this wasn't the best idea, and help her get over it. That's my honest opinion, and it would be the same no matter if it wa…

"She understood my example and tried again, but she had such a tight grip that it nearly burned. I told her to ease the pressure and she eased almost enough for me to force myself to cum. I made some noises to show her she was doing better and she seemed more confident. She stood RIGHT IN FRONT of me, both of us standing up facing each other while she pulled on my cock. It was so miserable. She kept staring me straight in the eyes. What are you even supposed to do? This went for 3 full minutes a…

I still feel like if the girl in your example explained she was gonna help out some guy that didn't know a thing about sex, people would say "well what did you expect?". Honestly. But I might be different to most other people. Even men that has experience aren't good at handjobs. They both fucked up. The reason why he has to put her feelings over his is cause this was her first time. First times are supposed to be special. She might be scared to try again. Is it just cause she's a woman that she…

She's not the sexpartner a guy wants. That's sorta the point. He was supposed to help her out, learning what to do :P Public bathroom is a woefully terrible place to give someone that experience. And since she's a virgin, what should a guy expect? ... Someone bad at everything! That's why he was gonna help her. If she knew what to do, she wouldn't need that lol.

If I were her, and I knew I hurt him, obviously I'd say sorry. Goes without saying.

"she got so upset" was the original. Not "she got pissed". Upset could mean she got pissed, but I saw it more as emotionally distressed. (Since that's how I'd feel in that situation, obviously.) Your rewrite of the story doesn't really reflect the post properly. Again, I have empathy for it not being pleasent. But the location, and his way of going about it, wasn't the best. And he needs to talk to her so she can feel a bit better about everything. She did the no nails thing, but gripped too har…

What's wrong with saying sorry about something to make someone else feel better? "I'm sorry, a public bathroom was probably a bad choice for your first time." Is that so impossibly hard to say to someone in hindsight?

He seems completely unconcerned for how she's feeling right now (which is probably not good). He took her to a public bathroom for her first time. That's the main things that was done wrong. If he had shown any concern for her, like a "what to I do? Do I contact her and ask how she's doing?" or something to that effect, or even a "I probably fucked up taking her to the bathroom, but my dick was doing the thinking", people would be a lot less pouncy on him. He needs contstructive feedback, not ju…
