Didn't know you had to prove intent, but I can see how that would make it difficult. Although in the modern era it must be a lot easier than in the past because there's so much personal information you could subpoena that didn't used to exist. Like the other person I was confused when you said purple. You later said pinkish-purple, but it got me curious because color blindness is common-ish in men. So I found software to analyze the color and here it is, Jazzberry Jam, medium-dark magenta-pink. Pink is technically purple, but still I think most people would describe that color as magenta.
