So you want him to show up expecting her not to, as a way of knowing she's not interested? Isn't his time valuable?

Not a shit test. She just doesn't like you. Don't set the date. Women can block numbers just like us. They can get alternate numbers from Google voice or sideline if concerned about safety. If she won't give you a number for a brief phone conversation prior to the first meeting, she's not the one you need to be talking to. Good Luck M.G

Are you going off opinion or field experience? I did this for 2 years as a bachelor. Confirming dates can come off as a lack of confidence. The organized, interested woman does not need a reminder. Call her on the 30th. Ask how her trip was, be interested in her answer and listen. Once she is done talking about it say :"I was calling to ask you out on another date." Tell her the time and day you had in mind and ask if she can make it. If she can't, let her tell you when she is available. Don't offer a bunch of alternate dates. Once the date is set with a day, time and location , don't contact her. No calls or texts to confirm. Especially not the day of the date. You'll be tempted to ask how her visit is going with her sister, don't do it. Notice how you miss her already? Back off and give her time to miss you. And ask other women out. It will help keep you from obsessing over her so much. Good Luck M.G.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
