I just replace any gendered words with "Jew." Jews don't belong in jail for any reason? Hmm that sounds wrong.

Yeah that's not what I'm talking about.

Prisons are not designed for men. They are designed for convicts. If you are convicted of a crime, jail is the pepper place for you. Your vagina doesn't make you less of a convict, not does your penis make you more.

I can definitely see her point if she's talking about feminist related issues discussed by men, feminists need to be sheltered from any concepts that might challenge their preexisting ideologies. Otherwise they'd need a trigger warning. Edit: a word

So the men's rights issue here is that the dad would've been charged if it were him? I've had friends who were beaten like this by their fathers and even when police got involved they were never charged, but the were beaten less afterwards.

To be fair, ignoring impracticality, men make up way over half the worlds work force, so if more than half the people in the working world took the week off of course everything would collapse, regardless of gender. I love the idea but it doesn't really prove anything. Suppose exactly half the work force was women, it would be a similar result of they did the same thing. Out of curiosity, are there any comparable "kill all women" movements? Is that even a thing?

The last time (and surprisingly first time) I was accused of mansplaining I asked her how I could've conveyed the same message in a non-mansplaining way and she had nothing to say. I'm pretty sure their answer, though, is for men to say nothing at all. Basically synonymous with "shut up, white cis male."

Solution: require that the petition consist of 50% men and 50% women +/- 5%

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
