If she and him got a divorce. If she proved he had an affair. I'm willing to bet she will be able to divorce him and possibly even reach a settlement. Not to mention the likelihood of the woman being the breadwinner in the relationship to begin with is low. Majority of relationships the man tends to make more and women tend to prefer partners who make equal or more than themselves.

That isn't what fraud means. What you are mentioning is cheating. Two entirely different things within the context of the law. Hell cheating isn't even illegal, fraud is however. There is a distinction between the two.

It's less about cheating but moreso theft of resources under false pretenses. I don't think anyone realistically wants paternity fraud to be punished more harshily believing they will stop cheating from occuring. It's more so about the possibility to seek restitution and having the comfort having safety barriers in case they ever land into a situation where they are taken advantage of by a deceptive partner.

So women who prefer men who are tall or wealthy. It's just them being primal and unintelligent. Look each gender has their preferences and what they steer to for real reasons.
