You have good points but I’ll have to disagree with 2, 15 and 43. I don’t know exactly what an extenuating circumstance is but if it’s an excuse to get out of work then I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. Women are not privileged to have periods and some even get hospitalized during their period. Gender mutilation for men and women is not comparable, it can seriously harm women while I don’t think it can do so for men. And 43 is just incorrect. There are some other too but that I don…
