1	What the hell is wrong with me? I was just trying to say he didn't really screw up like he thought he might have. And in his case, if he wasn't sure what to do, he probably would have "stepped on a landmine". Hopefully next time he hangs out with them, which will probably be for a longer period of time, he can feel more confident in what he's doing. 7	What the hell is wrong with me? This is exactly what I would've done. You did perfect by talking just a little bit to get their attention and attraction. You get her number and leave and make them think about you and what you did right. If you had joined them for food, you were welcoming the opportunity to fuck up.
