| – | Why is it constantly asserted that all women have to be constantly in “fear for their lives” of being assaulted, raped or killed by men despite most men being harmless? My son started talking about how he can't hit girls (I think he must have heard it from friends at school) Tricky situation as if he hits back he will get in trouble- if he tells a teacher they most probably won't do anything. I still let him know- tell the teachers or if that fails just hit back, if he gets in trouble for hitting someone back he has me on his side | /r/MensRights | 13/11/22 03:46 PM |

Toxic femininity? The gossip is so bad because you know half the people are full of shit. They gossip badly about someone then act like their best friend when they are there. Big no, what are they saying about you when you're not around. I prefer banter myself. | /r/MensRights | 29/09/22 01:59 PM
Out of over 5k people. 🤔I've noticed many things since becoming a mum to two boys. Much more space taken for clothes for girls, princess stuff etc.. Mind you, girls clothes are more expensive where I am. Many more book aisles geared toward girls. Magazines and comics are more toward boys, though. Crafting supplies are 75% pink or unicorn things. Stocks of baby roleplay which are aimed at girls. Luckily Lego and Imaginext are out there for the boys. My son is obsessed with Lego minifigures. | /r/MensRights | 29/09/22 01:56 PM
Out of over 5k people. 🤔Should take away all the rights from the people who said no as well then. | /r/MensRights | 29/09/22 01:49 PM
My son cries when I called himYes if this wasn't happening I would say he may just be upset and confused why he hasn't seen you in a long while, but if the mother is not allowing contact it's more probable that she is saying things to him. I truly hope you are able to build a strong secure relationship with him, fuck the mother for trying to fuck up her kid. This kind of thing gives long lasting trauma. | /r/MensRights | 13/09/22 11:18 AM

Wow! How do they justify wording it like this?"Recognize that women are at risk of prescription painkiller overdose" I get that the trend is rising more sharply for women but it is still rising for men too. | /r/MensRights | 03/09/22 11:43 AM
To any men who never want to date anymore, I get it but read this,Yup, family friends mostly, so older than me. Friends are dating so they don't understand, my cousin is single & she understands when I tell her as she doesn't want to date either. | /r/MensRights | 02/09/22 02:42 PM
To any men who never want to date anymore, I get it but read this,Sorry for your experiences. It sucks. Truly puts you off dating, I don't think I will be able to have a relationship again. I know there are great men in the world but I can't risk it for myself. I am happy with my life right now. My ex partner is having a grand time dating, obviously they all end the same way. | /r/MensRights | 02/09/22 02:37 PM

To any men who never want to date anymore, I get it but read this,I tell people I'm done dating, I have no interest in it any more and they always tell me wait until I'm a bit older then I will want to. I don't think so. Happily single. | /r/MensRights | 02/09/22 02:30 PM
To any men who never want to date anymore, I get it but read this,It's the honeymoon phase and honestly it was a good experience but not worth it for what comes after. | /r/MensRights | 02/09/22 02:29 PM
Came across a sub on people discussing if they liked the MCU iteration of She -Hulk. Read this one post saying why he did not like it only to be down voted by everybody and a typical response by “that guy”. These are the men we are raising.Yuck. My son wanted to watch She-Hulk. Think we will pass. | /r/MensRights | 02/09/22 10:12 AM
Boys might read more if we give them books they want to read — The Centre for Male PsychologyComics are great, what comics do you read? I have been reading Dr. Strange recently | /r/MensRights | 01/09/22 12:38 PM
Boys might read more if we give them books they want to read — The Centre for Male PsychologyProbably. I do like reading, but half the time I'm just.. looking at the words, not taking anything in until I realise a few pages later. Reading books takes me a long time unless I'm super focused on it, I have to keep going back and re-reading it. | /r/MensRights | 01/09/22 12:37 PM
Boys might read more if we give them books they want to read — The Centre for Male PsychologyHa, ditto! My son's love Grimm's brothers, mythology, comics, dinosaurs & guinness world records. Those are the tops. Same as me when I was younger, we also like reading junior encyclopedia. Some of the books are the exact same I had when I was younger. They love making their own stories too, my son wrote a couple pages of a gingerbread man story who went on a wild adventure! My youngest loves Lego & makes his stories through Lego, very imaginative. Foul Facts are a hit in the household too, the… | /r/MensRights | 01/09/22 12:31 PM

This is why no men talk about being raped. That's incredibly sad. I really feel for him, what a horrible person. I hope the kiddos get good role models & are able to grow up to be kind and have respect for people. Good on you for bringing your concerns up to him and being a good friend to him. | /r/MensRights | 24/08/22 02:21 PM
it's hilarious. when it happens to men. X-post from r/extremelyinfuriating"my kinda ladies" The fuck. We should gather these stories but reverse the genders, see what people say and then come out with the truth, that these were women that done these things. | /r/MensRights | 24/08/22 11:39 AM
This is why no men talk about being raped. What the fuck does it come under then? This makes me so angry. I had a situation back when I was a teenager, police got called but I said I am fine, nothing happened & the guy left anyway. I was urged to file a report & got sent for a rape test, thing? I refused. I had to keep telling them over and over, nothing happened & he did nothing wrong. Yeesh. | /r/MensRights | 24/08/22 11:35 AM
This is why no men talk about being raped. That fucking sucks. I've been on the end of the can't do this or that, meet friends etc.. I'm out of it now and when I think back it's so damn obvious that I needed to get out of the situation, it just became the norm to be honest. I'm sorry to hear your friend couldn't do the things he enjoyed & I really hope his wife feels terrible about it, and acknowledges what she deprived him of. I don't spare nothing when talking to my ex partner about how he was to me, I made him fully realise how he was… | /r/MensRights | 24/08/22 11:30 AM
Now this isn’t to serious but am I right?I'm really sorry for the trauma you have faced and the troubles you now have to deal with because of it. Someone should have stepped in and helped you properly and dealt with the cunts that did that to you. But I'm glad you feel better after writing that, I'm sure it's a relief to finally get to talk about your troubles, you went through a whole lot. I'm sorry nobody believed you, and nobody helped you. They should have protected you, a child, from this. Do you have a professional involved to ta… | /r/MensRights | 16/08/22 10:44 AM
Now this isn’t to serious but am I right?Dang that's crazy. Even though you had all that going on repeatedly you only reacted with words which were deemed worse? Fucked up. It's not the guys who need to be tough and not hit back, girls need to get what they give.. If you can dish it out you can take it. Obviously it shouldn't happen at all, but if it continues with girls thinking they can walk all over boys like this that's a problem that is going to stick through generations. | /r/MensRights | 15/08/22 07:55 PM
Why Are You an MRA?Condoms are actually quite effective, and protect against STDs too. The birth control I used to take was actually less effective than condoms. This isn't me disagreeing with male contraceptives choices by the way. | /r/MensRights | 15/08/22 07:32 PM
Now this isn’t to serious but am I right?Man, that reminds me of a time some little shit punched me, I told on her but she came out with the tears saying I punched her- I had detention & nothing happened to her other than gathering some sympathy. Also a different occasion & one that I was completely shocked by. Some kid was waving a pool stick near my face, told him to stop and move but he didn't, so I ignored him, he kept on doing it so I twisted my arm under it and grabbed it off of him- lady who works there came over and took him as… | /r/MensRights | 15/08/22 07:20 PM
Men are now more likely than women to be unpartnered, which wasn’t the case 30 years ago.Such a sad picture, worse yet they probably don't realise how negatively it impacts them. | /r/MensRights | 13/08/22 10:23 AM
Help! I’m a father in need, going to trial court for custody. What are the best questions to ask during cross examination?Wow, addiction can't be used against them? I get the mental issues thing, if they are actively trying to help themselves by seeking therapy/meds etc.. But addiction seems like a weird one, easy for them to slip back into old habits & if you have an addictive personality it will be even harder to remedy. Wish you the best OP, hope things go as smoothly as they can. Will be stressful but 100% worth it. | /r/MensRights | 29/07/22 04:40 PM
Clinic didn't care if I was going to commit suicide, but they did care for a (F) Friend. Misandry?I am glad you are feeling better now and I really hope it doesn't get that hard for you again. If it does & they are not helping please push for more help or get a second opinion, I know you shouldn't have to basically beg for help and I wish things were different but most people are cunts unfortunately. I wish you the best | /r/MensRights | 20/07/22 11:09 AM
Dangers of complimenting women?I mean I just prefer no compliments because I'm socially awkward as hell But I do like compliments | /r/MensRights | 18/07/22 09:45 PM
Baby dies after mother leaves for 6-day birthday partyHorrific. I saw a post about a woman smacking her dog etc.. one of the top comments "maybe she has mental health issues". Maybe she is a fucking cunt who shouldn't be able to care for a living creature. | /r/MensRights | 29/03/21 08:02 AM

Building an organization against male genital cutting (MGC)I've never understood why it's okay for people to circumcise their sons but then there's the whole FGM. Unless there is a medical reason to get cut just.. leave it? | /r/MensRights | 22/03/21 01:21 PM
Man relates story of abuse, false allegations in answer to question, “Why do you think that female on male domestic abuse is still so rarely reported on?”Also, it is way too easy for a woman to hit back with false allegations, and get believed, than the man's actual account. Some men might just be afraid that it could all turn back on them, after they speak out, which to me is very sad, it takes a lot to expose someone, and for it to all turn against you must be a horrid experience. | /r/MensRights | 20/03/21 10:27 AM
[Facebook] “Womxn”: ThE pAtRiArCy! Also “Womxn”: ChIvAlRy Is DeAd!Jesus. I've not once thought anybody has held the door open for me just because I'm a woman.. that thought just does not cross my mind at all. The FB post, god damn.. some people. | /r/MensRights | 19/03/21 11:21 PM
[Facebook] “Womxn”: ThE pAtRiArCy! Also “Womxn”: ChIvAlRy Is DeAd!What your friend said boggles my mind. I have always held doors open for people. And people will hold doors open for me, too. I'm carrying a bunch of awkward-to-hold items? No problem! I will still hold the door for ya mate, no worries! | /r/MensRights | 19/03/21 11:18 PM
Sexism with choice of janitors in public placesMy experience has been kind of the same as in men and women. I have no problem with a male janitor coming in the public toilets, but of course in the men's toilets you guys use urinals. To be honest, I've seen some ladies get weird when a dad is changing his baby in the ladies toilets (the only place a changing table was available)! It's really bad. | /r/MensRights | 14/03/21 04:01 PM
