I'm an attractive petite tiny female who gets hit on almost everytime I leave the house. I have gotten yelled at for not giving a simple 'Hi' back. "Can't say Hi back!? Stuck up bitxh!" And every obscenity possible till I'm out of earshot 🥴😄 I still wouldn't give a fake number. A simple no sorry, I have a bf if you really feel that unsafe and walking away is always the best option than even entertaining those fools for even a second. Giving them hope only to lie to them like that. It's immature.

No one is phonenumber-raping anyone to give them a number. It's not that serious. If they don't want to give their number, a simple 'No sorry, I don't give my number out' will suffice. No reason to lie.

This is why you don't lie. Can ALWAYS just say Sorry (whatever reason) from the beginning. Uncomfortable position but everyone leaves knowing the truth. Oh well.

Whenever you do get a girl's number type it in the calling area, send and as it's ringing (you hear her phone) hang up. Say "There, now you have mine. I'll call or text you later!" then add it in your contacts after with her name and hopefully you gave her yours Lol That way you know you have the right number and you also make it known she'll hear from you. I've given my number wrong quite a few times and didn't realize it till later. And there was no way to fix the error. So, always good to wal…

I disagree since he hasn't even gotten a reply back from his text. To call only seems desperate. And it could also be she gave him the wrong number.

I'm a female and I have this same anxiety when approaching other females just in a friend capacity. Even after they've approached me and given me a compliment about an accessory or anything else. I forget it's only a very small percentage who are mean and don't want connections Lol Need to keep reminding myself as do guys who approach women.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
