Q4W: What is the most unattractive thing a man can do?I brush my teeth 3 times a day and my dentist always refers me to me as "the patient with good teeth" It's not obsessive, it's good hygiene. And I am British lol. Fed up of that stereotype. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/02/17 09:19 PM
Many here at PPD overestimate how "healthy" the average man and woman acts and feels. He was actually a guy I used to work with so we ended up becoming friends through work. Unfortunately for him he became the scapegoat of the workplace because people just didn't like him due to his hygiene issues. I don't work there anymore, so I very rarely talk to him now except on FB. He hasn't really changed though sadly. I did get to a point were I would get snappy with him in the hopes of getting his arse in gear but it still had no effect. I managed to get him to go to therapy though and … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/12/16 08:42 AM
Many here at PPD overestimate how "healthy" the average man and woman acts and feels. The overweight, unwashed guy who's bitter about not getting a smoking hot gamer girl Ugh I know a guy like this. He is a lost cause because he refuses to change and just expects a girl to fall on his lap. He's a nice guy with the potential to look good, but he is around 100lbs overweight, showers once a week and lives with his mum at age 26. Girls end up friend zoning him and using him to buy them stuff and then bail when they find someone worth dating. Then he gets pissy and whines to me about … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/11/16 06:35 PM
When Captain knows best, but you're still strugglingHi hunni. I also have bipolar disorder and I just want to say I completely understand how you are feeling. But I need to say this... you NEED to get out of this relationship!! He isn't a captain in my eyes, he is someone who is trying to drag you down to his level. It seems to me that he feels threatened by you bettering yourself because you are quite capable of finding someone better than him. Anyone in their right mind who loves you unconditionally would never ever put their needs before yours… | /r/RedPillWomen | 30/09/16 03:40 PM
How to gain the most from your workout? That does actually sound like me. I generally eat 2 meals a day and occasionally a snack but not very often. My SO is one of those where he is always hungry and I'll still be digesting what I ate 2-3 hours earlier. It boggles me really, but I think he just has a faster metabolism. I only really eat when I am hungry but he thinks I don't eat enough. One thing that I find odd is if I do decide to have breakfast I will be hungry again around noon. It confuses me because I didn't want the food in th… | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/09/16 03:22 PM
How to gain the most from your workout?Thank you so much for this! I really appreciate the time and effort you took to write this out! You are a star! I just checked out my fitness pal, it's exactly what I was looking for, Thank you so much! Who knew coconut oil had so many calories... I am actually a little bit horrified right now. Again, thank you so much! <3 | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/09/16 01:45 PM
How to gain the most from your workout?I have thought about running, but sadly last year I very badly sprained my ankle. I was on crutches for 6 weeks, and it took around 3-4 months to properly heal. It's made my ankle a little weak so sometimes it buckles without warning. So I'm not sure if running is a good idea for me. We've just bought a cross trainer though so I plan to go ham on that when it arrives :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/09/16 01:41 PM
How to gain the most from your workout?Great advice! Thank you! I will remember this! Funnily enough... I do not really like cake. It makes me feel a bit sick. I had adult braces a couple of years ago and ever since I have had them off I have gone off sweets. It's strange how your taste buds change after a long period without sugar. I must admit though, I do have a thing for gummy bears, but I don't eat them very often because they are too addictive xD | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/09/16 01:39 PM

How to gain the most from your workout?Hahaha mine is definitely the left one atm lol! I actually used to do squats... I don't know why I stopped. Bad habits I guess. Thank you :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/09/16 01:35 PM
Simple QuestionsI just want to add, as someone who dyed my hair with henna for 3 years, and has spent the past 2 growing it out. Henna does NOT fade! It is very very permanent! If you decide to use henna, please do your research first as you will be stuck with it until you either chop it off or grow it out. It is also extremely difficult, if not impossible to dye over. It does look beautiful though! If you are looking for slight curl relaxation I would suggest taking bamboo extract daily, and/or using cassia in… | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/06/16 10:22 PM
