My mother was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate. She also had extremely brittle teeth and had to have all of them replaced by the time she was 18. As repulsive as you may find her, my mother looks fine and barring her lack of self confidence (caused by her mother running out and leaving 5 kids to be raised by an alcoholic, not by the teeth), has had no trouble with boyfriends and she's been married for over 12 years now.

This article is stupid. Men are more likely to ask for more money during the hiring process and generally more likely to ask for a raise or promotion on the job. Boss: "The job pays $13.40 an hour" Lady: "I'll take it, thanks" OR Man: "I won't work for less than $20" That, combined with women being far more likely to take time off work to look after the kids (either for the first few years or when the kids are sick), is why women get less.

In fact, it goes so far as to say that they could have raped each other... I think that is a lot of why people don't seem to take rape very seriously. Huggies aren't that great anyway. My kid's four now, but she was in Huggies until she was six months, and the crawler nappies leaked even when they were fresh on. Funnily enough, the best nappies I ever got were Woolworths Homebrand. They were 1/2 - 2/3 the price of Huggies. We're in Australia, so results may vary.

One of my uncles worked in a steel mill, they were forced to hire at least three women, so they hired three. I don't know about other women, but I line the seat with toilet paper before sitting down, after I'm done, I wash and dry my hands properly, then I check my hair and makeup (mostly to make sure it's all in the same place I put it earlier), then I leave. All of that doesn't really take very long, but when there are ten women in front of you all doing the same thing, it can seem like hours between excusing yourself to go to the toilet and getting back again

There are some cases where child support has been given where it's completely idiotic. People who are victims of rape can we amend that to say men who are victims of rape shouldn't pay child support (to the child/ren conceived in the rape)? Yes. And to some extent feminism is also oppressive towards women. Mostly the women who like being taken care of by a man and want to stay at home and raise the children. They're told that they shouldn't want those things because that's what men want and they're being oppressed.
