Sorry FDS, love yall but I'm calling BS on this one. A multitude of evidence shows the vaccines are safe and effective. You should get vaccinated at the first available opportunity, for yourself and for our community. That being said, a variety of factors affects our periods, including stress, sex, exercise, etc. It could literally be anything. Correlation does not equal causation. Come on, ladies. We are smarter than this.

Just had flashbacks of staying over at mens' dorm rooms in college.

What really grinds my gears is when men are sitting around after a dinner party and all the women are in the kitchen cleaning up.

100%, I experienced this first hand. In college, I had a good group of about 4 or 5 guy friends. I had one that was so close I considered him a non-blood brother. Eventually every single one of them confessed that they wanted to hook up with me (not even "have feelings,"). Now, I'm extremely cautious about "guy friends" and their intentions. It was an extremely gutting experience, losing my "friends" like that, one after the other.

Men never wanna talk about men's issues until it's to derail a conversation about women's issues. Endless "what about"-isms. It's the reason why I can't visit another popular, female subreddit anymore without getting irritated.

I've had many men argue that sex work is OK because the woman made that choice for herself. Like, how many times am I gonna have to remind them that no "choice" is made in a vacuum?

Can we talk about MTV's Catfish? I'm watching the new season on Hulu and I just 🤮. All the red flags... on both sides, catfish and catfishee most times. Good grief. Thoughts?

I have two cats. They are both like children to me and we have a very specific routine together which they are in my eye sight all the time except for maybe intimate moments with my husband. This is perfectly normal. What isn't normal is all the red flags he's showing - gaslighting and calling her crazy, jealousy, indifference towards a helpless animal. Hope she decides not to take him up on his ultimatum and continues living her happy cat life.

I'm no doctor, but I was curious and researched this stitch a bit. It's called the "husband stitch" and it isn't anything to be taken lightly. It can cause issues such as chronic pain, pain during sex, and bleeding. If you've ever heard of what a malfunctioning bladder sling can do, it's very similar. Some times, the stitch is added without the woman's consent (this was more common in the 20s, 50s, and 60s), even. Poor woman, the fact that his sexual pleasure over ruled her health and bodily int…

Not exactly this, but I live in TX and during the winter storm, my husband and I stayed with my parents (they have a generator). My dad would stay up all night watching the generator and thinking up his next move to keep us all safe. My mom tried to get him to come to bed and he says, "No, my job is to keep my baby points to room where my husband and I are staying safe." Man, they don't make them like that anymore.

Wake-up call moment was when I was in therapy discussing an argument we had and realized the therapist was giving me advice on how to cope with his own emotional issues, not mine. Funny how people need to go to therapy because of people who should have gone to therapy instead.

This was my interpretation as well! In the song, the narrator is like, oh no no, you are not gonna spread lies about what happened and gaslight me! to the narrator of Justin's version, lol. Sorry you had to go through that. :/ Men need therapy and we are not rehabs for broken men. Hope you see doing better now, lovely!
