So, if I come up with a make believe skit, I can prove my point too!? Damn. I didn't realize I didn't have to ever bother with sourced, factual information.

Fascists now? Seriously? Please disregard my previous comments. Because you're either a troll, or not mentally capable of having this discussion.

So many words, and yet nothing to say. Do you realize how arrogant you must be to believe that your personal opinion and anecdotal experience trumps the reality of national statistics? Now please, form an essay for your rebuttal. Continue your ad hominem attacks, and quirky (boring) one liners, use the word "females" as much as possible. Because apparently that's what you think wins this argument. But fortunately anyone being honest with themselves can see your bullshit from miles away.

Pointing out grammar and spelling mistakes instead of addressing the argument is a cop out. It's a sign of a weak argument.

Not true. The courts also don't want the children living in two drastically different economic households. They try to maintain as much homeostasis as possible. So if mom can afford a lot more than dad, then mom pays him a percentage of her wage to care for the children.

Nothing OP wrote had any condemnation of men who don't request custody. They put forth their argument to disprove the very wrong myth that courts favor women. Which is clearly not true.

I'm sorry but that's bullshit. If a spouse beats their partner, they're a piece of shit. And while they may not beat their children, they are raised by someone who finds no problem with hurting someone. That seeps into the parent/child relationship. When that child grows up, they will know that their parent hurt their other parent. But it was okay, they could still be a good person and raise their children. It normalizes domestic violence. Which can cause irreparable harm to the child.

I mean, I've heard women say the same thing often. It's natural to get tired of the process, fight for what they think is important and then let the rest go.

I worked in a dermatology office, and our advice to get the full SPF benefit was to apply it like you are frosting a cupcake. Just about nobody does this, which is fine. They just need to understand that they aren't actually receiving SPF 50 and need to reapply much more than the bottle says to.

Sorry, where are you getting that he wasn't interested? We were exclusively dating the 10 (or so) days before actually having sex. We met each other and we immediately switched phone numbers. After hanging out with our friend group for ~3 days he asked me out. We didn't go at it immediately, although now knowing my husband I can't believe he waited so long. We just kind of messed around and progressed up to sex. Neither of us were virgins. Thanks for the congrats. I'll admit I do feel that we ar…

Do people really think this way? My now husband and I had sex like less than 2 weeks in. If anything it sky rocketed me to his number one priority. He didn't see me as "less than". I am being completely candid here. He had been just kind of going through the motions. After it was like he had a spark, and finished his education as fast as possible so we could start a life together. He still holds me on a pedestal, which honestly can bother me sometimes because I feel like I don't really deserve t…
