I grew up Muslim in the Mediterranean, brides live with their in-laws until death here too . They also wake up early to have Turkish coffee & breakfast ready for the fatger-in-law while ironing his shirts. They then scramble to start making breakfast And clean, all while the rest of the people in that house (kids,hubby,in-laws) just fucking lounge . The mother-in-law might help, but more so critiques the new bride 😞
