I haven’t. There weren’t any surprises. We both signed the settlement to the bespoken conditions and handed it over to court for the final stamp of the judge. A few days later it feels like a relief that I did it and didn’t fight with her. I’ll hope I can move on from now emotionally slowly

She brought about 30.000$ but they were untouched. So yes it was me paying for it

I won’t. I will be able to live with my income after spousal support without big problems and it will be just for 7 years, the same amount of live I took from here. After that I can start a new life without any financial loads. I am afraid the mental load will stay forever.

No I don’t know. I really don’t want to talk about that chapter

Yes her attorney explained all the details to me. We already had 2 meetings after her filing the divorce where we both listed all of our belongings to her attorney on which base she is working out the settlement to sign. The support is a non modifiable one, so she won’t be able to claim a rise and I won’t be able to lower it. Better for me, I can plan and I have just enough savings to pay the support for 5 years without income. So even if I’ll be without a job for 5 out of the next 7 years I wil…

I will just have to deal with it. I will be able to cover and start my new life with 40% of my income. My life will be nowhere compared to what it was before, I will have to reduce my standards to 10 classes lower, but that’s what life is after doing something like this I guess. If you get caught doing a felony your life won’t be the same like before and you will do justice to the community. My felony was this stupid shit and I will do justice to her

No I am not. There is no way to rebuild anything other than her life without me after what I did to her. Read my latest comment on this red: “Just want to answer to all of you: I am really thankful for your kind words! I will definitely go to a therapist, from my today’s point of view I can’t stand the situation without one. I was at our former house talking to her tonight and she said the same and she will help me with my therapy. She is ready to attend if the therapist think it helps. She also…

I did not wanted to answer to any further comments but I won’t be able to sleep anyway. I know that that’s not what she entitled to by the law, in a normal seperation that’s what she would have got, but things didn’t went normal the fault is 100% on myself and I was unfaithful to her in a fatal way. You should hear her arguments. I was at least 1% positive when approaching our house but the emotions beeing at the house, seeing her and hearing her view of things threw me to the ground. She is jus…

Yes I did fund her education and I was also the sole provider while she wasn’t working, but that’s what we both agreed on in the beginning. That was the life I wanted to enable her. Thank you for your offer, I’ll maybe come back to that.

I was at our former house talking to her tonight and she said the same and she will help me with my therapy. She is ready to attend if the therapist think it helps. She also brought me back to the bottom line. After reading all the comments on here i was a bit positive and was ready to get a lawyer just to have an…

I destroyed her sense of trust and so did I destroy mine. I always heard this storys about cheating and thought that would never happen to me, I do have a good knowledge of human nature and now I am the one who has cheated. I just can’t live with that. I always thought I am a good person but I am obviously not. But it was me in control of the situation so she is feeling even worse I guess, I do not think anything is fine for her. So now she should at least be in control of this situation and I d…

I do not have a therapist and I honestly never thought about getting one. I just want to sort things out quickly with her and I am planning on contacting one after that.

I already decided to do so, but not without telling her first and I am afraid because she will get mad and sad and will think I am trying to trick her again

Yes of course I did. We both agreed to this. I wanted her to be able to choose this way of life, I just loved and love her and always wanted her to have the best life I could provide her. Then half a year a ago I made the mistake of my life, I don’t know what happened I wasn’t myself anymore and just messed everything up in the most horrible way I can imagine and here I am today destroyed her future and mine as well Her degree was for safety if something bad happens to me oneday and she would be…

I would never take a penny from her after what I did to her, no way. I messed up I ruined both of our lifes. She’s emotionally destroyed and so am I.

Honestly I can’t answer that for a few reasons. She’s a good person I am not seeing her doing that (the cheating) + she doesn’t have income she was always staying at home and/or studying it was always the plan that I am the earner while she was mostly organizing our life at home and did a little bit more in household than me

I stole her 7 years of her life I do not see anything wrong in at least support her in some way for 7 years now. It doesn’t seem unreasonable to me what she demands. It won’t compensate for anything but it is at least something and I don’t know how else I could repair anything. I am emotionally hurt and to at least make the divorce easy for her and agree to what she wants without arguing feels somehow good and helps me and I hope her too

Yes but I agreed on her conditions and they were just valid as long as I am not involving an attorney. She can’t trust me anymore and if I want so show her remorse I should just play fair and do not involve and attorney. She just involved an attorney to set up our settlement. That’s why I have to talk about it with her first

I definitely do. I am emotionally destroyed. I feel a pressure on my stomach everyday and it feels like I did everything wrong my whole life

Why do you think I am getting bullied? I luckily do not have children, it would be the hell for them and for me

I get you. I will talk to her tonight about this

I already did that and I that that is way way way more then she is entitled to, but I treated her way way worse than I should have and i deeply regret it She doesn’t want me to involve an attorney, but I maybe will, I will talk to her tonight
